Kim’s place is perfect. She has been such a nice host and her place truly shows a place deserving 5 stars. Everything is spotless clean, everything you need is here. Location is perfect for travellers, a little away grom the crowd but close enough to all the action. My family stayed here for a week and we enjoyed every moment. Thank you for welcoming us to your beautiful home. Highly recommend.

A nice spot in a great location! WiFi was good and easy to do video calls. Nice watching YouTube on the projector… I really enjoyed that part! A clean and comfortable place. Excellent communication. Would recommend to everyone!

I truly enjoyed my stay at La Maison D’Anna! It was a perfect, quiet and safe place to return to (something really important as a solo female traveler) after a day of exploring HCM. The air conditioning and fan worked perfectly which is much needed for the city’s heat! I enjoyed my stay.

家族連れにおすすめのコンドミニアム。素晴らしい滞在になりました。 物件はホーチミンの高級住宅街Thao Dienの象徴的なコンドミニアムの一つです。外国人駐在員も多く住むエリアなので、ベトナム外から訪れる方でも、慣れ親しんだ物を手に入れることはそう苦労しないと思います。物件の共用部には子供の遊び場(屋内・屋外ともにあります！)・プール・ジムなどが備えられており、メンテナンスもしっかりされている印象でした。私たちは2歳になる娘を帯同した旅行だったので、遊び場とプールには娘の体力を消費するのに大変助けられました。 部屋には洗濯用の洗剤以外、必要なものは全て揃っており、チェックインしたその日から快適に過ごせました。週に一度清掃とリネン交換のサービスも行っていただけたのでありがたかったです。一点、ベッドは硬めなので、苦手な方は注意した方が良いかもしれません。 ホストのStevenさんはいつもクイックに的確な返信をくださったので、とても安心感がありました。一例として、私たちの滞在中に寝室のカーテンレールが壊れるトラブルがあったのですが、即座に修理スタッフを派遣してくださりました。 総合して、大変満足度の高い滞在となりました。お勧めできる滞在先です。

가장 좋았던 점은 숙소 컨디션이 사진과 거의 일치 했다는 점이였습니다. 81타워라서 주변 깨끗하고 아침 저녘 산책하기 좋은 공원이 바로 옆에있고 쇼핑몰이 같은 건물에 있어서 편의성 또한 좋았습니다. 이용시 아쉬웠던 점은 수건리필이 제대로 안되어서 따로 요청후에 호스트께서 처리를 해주었던 점 도어락이 1차 시도에는 항상 오류가 나서 문여는데 시간이 걸렸던 점 이두가지 빼고는 100점짜리 숙소였어요. 깔끔한 숙소에서 잘 쉬다 왔어요. 호치민 다음번 방문에는 무조건 여기로 할듯

I loved Thao’s place. It was clean and very cozy with a lovely balcony, a small kitchen in the room, and the full kitchen downstairs. Sometimes the street can be a little bit noisy, but I enjoyed the sounds of local life. This place is close to the center, there are a lot of local place to eat and drink coffee. I’d love to stay here again)

I had a wonderful stay at this unique and stylish room. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, making check-in and communication a breeze. The space is impressively smart and well-equipped with modern technology, which added a lot of convenience. While the room is a bit small and doesn’t get much natural light, it’s cozy and thoughtfully designed. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it!

The room was very clean, convenient and located near loads of restaurants. It’s walking distance to District 1 + Grab is cheap to use as a tourist if you want to go further away. I was lucky to be on the top floor as the bathroom basin is not private so if you’re on another floor you might bump into people. However, I never did even though other people stayed there. Note that there’s no elevator and you might have to carry your large suitcase through a narrow staircase but that wasn’t a problem as Anh was very helpful. More than the AirBnb (even though I really enjoyed my stay), I want to thank Anh for her hospitality! I feel like I made a friend across the world. She was extremely welcoming, gave me loads of recommendations and even took me around the city to ensure I didn’t just enjoy my stay but my trip overall. So so happy I picked this place and I would pick it again if I came back!

We had a great stay at Hai’s place. The location was in easy walking distance to a bunch of cafes and food spots which we greatly appreciated. We only stayed here for one night due to our prior flight arrangements, so the proximity to the airport was also a plus (sub-15 minute ride). Our only issue was a woman across the street who continuously yelled throughout the entire night. We didn’t get much sleep because of this, but it’s certainly not a reflection on the quality of Hai’s apartment - just something to note.

Trung has created such a tasteful and cozy space! While the area can get a bit loud during the day, it's to be expected given its central location, and Trung thoughtfully provided earplugs for us. He was incredibly attentive to our needs and even allowed us a late checkout when we were running behind on our departure day.

Tien Zoe was such a sweet host and her place was perfect for us. Super stylish, cute tucked away location and perfect for our stay, as we needed to fly out early to the airport the following day. We wished we could have stayed longer! Tien Zoe gave us the best local food places and was just a lovely host. Thank you for having us!

We spent two weeks at Jay's apartment and it was very comfortable and in a good location. We had to do a little cleaning in the kitchen before using it, but otherwise the apartment was clean and had what we needed. The location was great because it was close to a major road and a mall, but set back enough to be quiet. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

An Thi My was very responsive and helpful. She made the visit to HCM better.

This is definitely a great apartment for a longer stay and especially if you want to get around and enjoy the amazing restaurant scene of D2. Tung and Van are great hosts and were super responsive and welcoming to accommodate us. We definitely recommend this apartment.

Okie chỗ ở sạch sẽ và thiết kế đẹp mắt. Căn hộ đầy đủ nội thất và có tầm view đẹp. Vị trí trung tâm của dự án và căn hộ ở ngay toà tháp biểu tượng thành phố nên có cảm giác ưu việt. Xung quanh có nhiều nhà hàng sang trọng và ngon miệng, có siêu thị và chỗ đậu xe, đưa đón thuận tiện. Điểm trừ là trải nghiệm lối ra vào có bảng cấm kinh doanh abnb gây cảm giác bất an. Đi ra vào sảnh thang máy cần có bạn nhân viên bấm dùm và đôi khi không nhận ra bạn đó trong đám đông nên hơi bất tiện. Không được sử dụng hồ bơi và các tiện ích của cư dân. Tôi thấy okie với giá cả bởi vì so với hotel ở kế bên giá gấp 2 lần 1 đêm thì rất tốt với những gì được cung cấp.
