Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Bình Chánh

We loved our stay in HCMC District 1. The house is down a quiet narrow street with other residences. The main living space on the ground floor was a lot bigger than it looks in the photos and we could comfortably fit all 11 guests for meals. The rooms are spacious and all have their own bathroom ensuite. There is a lady who sells breakfast on the corner of the lane 10m from the front door. She changes the menu every day but is generally a noodle soup of varying flavours. We found them all delicious and seriously cheap ~35k.

Once again I chose this place. It's amazing, the host prepared us a house with lots of greenery. I'm a very demanding client but it's great, they do everything very perfectly, the structure of the house has four very separate floors, always airy and full of freshness. The landlord is friendly and they also send very details on how to check in. Once again I love the host and see the host as a friend. Thank you very much.

Very responsive and helpful host, with helpful explanations and recommendations. We had a little trouble finding the place at first and Thuong was waiting outside, looking out for us. She went out of her way to be helpful. Otherwise it was very easy to get in and out with an automatc pass card (with keycode option). The place was clean, as in the photos, quiet and felt secure - the area I noted was on some of the food tours of the city and is a good place to stay in Ho Chi Minh City.

Cozy hidden space for healing souls. Recommend for all guys who love natural and japanese minimalism style. Near by airport and just about 10 mins heads to downtown so good with reasonable price 🤟🏻 the neighbor is so cool but peace and quiet. This was so nice to get great memories here with my partner.

The unit was very well maintained and super comfortable. Booked this for 6 people for 5 days and it was perfect. David was also a very responsive and helpful host. Would definitely recommend this place.

Amazing property with lots of facilities in the building. Short car ride from everything. Ample space for a family of 4 and Jasmine was very responsive and proactive in checking in and seeing if we needed anything. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay again!

The location is also a big plus—many of Ho Chi Minh’s popular tourist spots are within walking distance or just a quick ride away. The neighborhood feels safe and quiet, which made our stay even more relaxing. And of course, a huge shoutout to our host—super responsive, very friendly, and always accommodating. Great location in the heart of the city. The room was clean, spacious, with a comfortable bed and pretty cool decor. The staff were lovely and helpful, and the free laundry service is very useful. Free coffee and water as well in the lobby. I would recommend this place and will be coming again.

Ling’s place is a clean, quiet, and comfortable place with plenty amenities. The location is great with several coffee shops around. Ling is a great host; very supportive, communicative, responsive and informative.
