location of apartment was very central and close to many tourist spots and markets. had some trouble with checking in but host was very responsive and was able to resolve the issue within the hour. apartment was also relatively clean and neat, albeit a little small, felt cozy and comfortable.

I booked the Airbnb for my mom’s and uncle’s trip to Vietnam from Canada for a little over a month’s stay. The Airbnb is a great choice in the local area compared to the hotels available. My family enjoyed their stay for the cleanliness, security, laundry washer and of course the air conditioning! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Communication with Yolande was good from the time we booked the apartment to the time we checked out. Yolande was very quick to respond to our messages and I felt sure if we had had any queries she would have been very helpful as she was keen to ensure we enjoyed our visit.

The location was good, and the gym and pool were clean and easy to use.

I needed a crib during my stay, and I appreciate the host for helping me solve this problem. I liked everything, and my mom even wanted to stay a few more days.If I come back to HCM, I'll choose this one!

Top notch stay in not far from the heart of District 1. The apartment was spacious, clean, and looked just like the photos. The beds were super comfortable and aircon was strong — we always left home feeling super well rested. The hosts were also very responsive and friendly. On the first night someone’s bed had a strange stain on it and the team was super quick to respond, replying immediately sending someone to change the sheets the next day. The apartment complex itself feels super luxurious and secure, featuring amenities like pools, gyms, and even a jacuzzi (though unfortunately didn’t have time to check them out). There was even a Pizza 4P’s outlet right downstairs which was super convenient 😍 Definitely recommend to anyone coming to Saigon!

It was an awesome 2-week stay at this accomodation. Place was clean and just like in the photos when we arrived. It’s close to lots of places to eat and close to the center. It wasn’t noisy at all for us if you are worried about that. Instructions were clear and check-in and -out went smoothly. Hosts were really responsive and helped us with everything we needed - even with shipped packages. Really recommend this place❤️

Manuka was a wonderful host and the apartment is located in a great area, just steps away from wonderful restaurants. The area is brightly lit at night and felt extremely safe. Highly recommend this

Amazing property with lots of facilities in the building. Short car ride from everything. Ample space for a family of 4 and Jasmine was very responsive and proactive in checking in and seeing if we needed anything. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay again!

Stayed at David’s place for one-day transit, his place is very clean and as described in the listing. He is very responsive too and friendly! In short, had a good stay here 👍 Don’t hesitate to book his place, especially if you are traveling in a group of more than 4 pax!

I really like and feel comfortable staying at Tom's apartment. Very strategic location, easy to access and privacy. Lots of restaurants and easy to go anywhere. The facilities are complete and I feel like I'm at home. Someday I come to Ho Chi Min City, I want to stay again at Tom's apartment. It was really good accommodation but drinking water was not provided and rest all was ok

The place was comfortable and spacious for a family of 4. The area is peaceful but accessible at the same time and easy transportation. Nidova even went above and beyond by allowing us to leave our luggages at their office after checking out. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a place to stay in D1. Close to the airport, but would not recommend walking from airport to the studio. This suite is a studio style apartment with a bridge, microwave, hotplate, plates and glasses available. The bathroom was clean and had toiletries available. The studio had a a washing machine Hine in the balcony which was very convenient after traveling for several days. Unfortunately, the bed was a hard to sleep in, so if you're used to a pillow top or a comfortable soft/ medium soft bed you will not like this one. Downtown will be a about 20 to 25 mins via Grab and depending on traffic. Over all a good stay and very nice studio.

The house is big enough for six people. The price is OK. We only have three people staying this time. It feels too big and very comfortable.

Great place, great location.

The place is like the pictures, just some normal wears. Everything was as described. Mi was great at responding when I had questions and she’s also very accommodating. The location was nice and I enjoyed the view.

Stayed here a little over 2 weeks. I was quite satisfied. Nguyen was very good at communicating and even let me check in a bit earlier as an exception which I am grateful for. The room was fine, with a queen bed, giant TV with Netflix, kitchen and bathroom Really liked the access to the pool, the gym. Also very close to the airport and easy to get to main District 1 by taxi.

Nice, small apartment. There is a swimming pool on the second floor, in the yard there is a grocery store. The airport is a 15-20 minute walk. There is all the necessary set of dishes.
