Balmedie

Sent several messages to Sykes and AirB&B without any response. Had ask that the owners contact us direct about a small problem we had caused to discus the cleaning bill but both of them have not replied or stipulated that they had contacted the owners on our behalf. What ever happened to direct phone customer relations instead of answer phones and pointless button pushing to get you going around in circles and ending up where you started.

What a great find! We often go to family events near Market Rasen and this property was in a perfect location - right in the centre! The location was extremely quiet and private. Very comfy beds and furniture in the lounge. Will definitely return!

The cottage really was beautiful and to a high spec. Loads of space, great decor, comprehensive instructions. I really think Clare has thought of everything. I would highly recommend staying here, and such beautiful countryside as well.

Idyllic Coach House set in the Lincolnshire Wolds

AdrianRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Michelle and Scott are wonderfully old-fashioned Airbnb hosts—in the best sense. They warmly welcome you into their stunning property. The Coach House is separate from the main home and set in the most beautiful gardens, surrounded by ancient trees. It’s immaculately converted, stylish, and fully equipped—nothing has been overlooked. It’s clear they take hosting seriously. They were friendly, helpful when needed, and completely respected our privacy. The welcome pack, including fresh eggs from their own hens, was a lovely touch. The area is wonderful too—great walks in the Lincolnshire Wolds, with lots of maps and guides provided. We’ll definitely return and recommend the Coach House wholeheartedly

Garden studio in pretty village

We had a wonderful 3-night stay in Sally's garden studio, a great base for visiting family nearby. We wish we'd had more time to relax in the lovely garden setting. We really appreciated Sally's warm welcome and useful local recommendations. The studio was comfortable, stylish and spotless. The generous breakfast supplies were very welcome, especially the delicious homemade jams and marmalade. We hope to visit again in the future, and have already recommended Sally's listing to family and friends. Thanks Sally for a memorable stay!

Large 1 bed cottage, private grounds ample parking

AntonRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We had a lovely time at the Airbnb with Vicky as our host. We were there for work purposes so had quite a lengthy stay. We loved how cosy the place was with the Aga in the kitchen and the bath upstairs was something we looked forward to after a long days work. The property is surrounded by the most glorious countryside so enjoyed evening walks with our dogs and even got the privilege of having BBQ’s in the secret garden. Vicky went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and happy during our stay. Can’t forget to mention Jasmine, Vickys pooch. Our dogs enjoyed their stay as much as we did. Nothing was too much trouble and Vicky really cared for us all. Not only is she a great host, but we gained a friend. If we are ever back in the area would choose to stay here again in a heartbeat, would absolutely recommend to others if you value nature and comfort. The restaurant next door was also lovely and convenient for our arrival on our first night after a long drive
