Good access to local amenities, vineyards, Petworth House, Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, Walking, Cycling and the coast. 5 mins walking distance to village pubs, tearoom and shop. Ideally situated to explore West Sussex we are close to Petworth, Parham House, Arundel and the South Downs National Park. The Studio has a comfortable King size bed, seating area, kitchen with 2 ring hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine and a fully fitted bathroom. There is also a freeview TV and Wifi. The Studio is independent of the main property and has its own parking space.
