The contact with Marco was wonderful, he responds quickly and was available throughout the stay with advice and assistance. His children and he welcomed us charmingly in their beautiful apartment. The apartment is super equipped: beds, kitchen and bathroom - everything tip-top! People who like to cook are happy about an exquisitely equipped kitchen. We were also allowed to supply ourselves with fresh herbs from Marco's balcony garden. The air conditioning worked very well at the temperatures. The location in the old town of Intra makes it possible to get everywhere on foot and to get around even without a car. The ice cream shop Gelatomania is a must-see on a walk! It cost us a few pounds! All in all, super nice and fun contact, wonderful accommodation in a charming town. We will be happy to come back!

Residenza San Giovanni: residence near the lake

Great big apartment where we didn't miss anything. The kitchen was well equipped and the small balcony was very inviting to linger. The kids also thought it was great and felt comfortable. We also had a storage facility for strollers, balance bike and scooter. The location of the apartment is great. We did a lot on foot and it's a stone's throw to the city center. Also by boat you were quickly in other great places. Since we arrived by car, it was great that we could park for free in the area. We always found a spot. All in all, we felt very comfortable and can only recommend Paolo and his hospitality as well as great tips.

A modern kitchen is displayed, featuring sleek cabinetry in light wood tones. The space includes built-in appliances such as an oven and microwave. A small countertop area is equipped with a coffee station. Natural light brightens the room, enhancing its clean and welcoming environment.

We stayed here for 10 days and it was very nice. The place was as in the pictures and the host was very friendly. She was very quick to respond. Sometimes difficult communication, but Google translate made it all right. We had a problem with the water heater, but after contacting us, she came to us right away and solved it. If you are less mobile, it can be more difficult because it is on the top floor and there is only a staircase. It is completely in the Italian atmospheres and the restaurant opposite is highly recommended. Had a great time!

Great stay. Due to the shutters, the temperature remains reasonable in the house, even though there is no air conditioning. Be careful with walking on your socks over the old wooden floor due to splinters. What disappointed us was how difficult it is to find a reasonable swimming spot and associated parking nearby on the lake.

We’ve stayed at the apartment for 8 days and we had a great time. The location of the apartment is great, you walk about 10 minutes to Intra and 5 minutes to the lake. The apartment was very clean and the neighbors were very nice. The Host was also very nice and also greeted us at the beginning and took a lot of time to show us the apartment. All in all, we were very happy and had a great vacation.

A spacious terrace table is set with white dishes and glasses, accompanied by a small flower pot. Fresh croissants are arranged on a serving tray beside a bottle of juice. The serene view of the lake and distant mountains enhances the atmosphere.
