A-Frame Cabin, Lake Access with Game Room

Newly remodeled A-frame cabin located directly across from the Big Star Lake public boat launch. We're a short walk to a small public beach area, located at the boat launch. Plenty of room at the cabin to park your boat trailer, ATVs or snowmobiles. There are snowmobile and ATV trails accessible from the property, just down the street. The cabin has a deck and patio area out front with a firepit. The garage space has a game room with something for everyone. (garage is not heated in the winter)

Ludington beaches are an easy 20 minute drive, or go hit the ORV/Hiking trails in the Baldwin area with trail heads just minutes away!

This suite is an open floor plan with a small kitchenette that includes a fridge, microwave and stove with basic kitchen utensils and dishes. It is located in town close to stores, restaurants. Nice patio out back with covered area to grill out. Walking distance to the North Country Trail and 10 min from the new Dragon trail. There is one queen bed and a couch. It will comfortably sleep two guest.

Little Cabin in the woods surrounded by State and Federal land, snowmobile, ATV and bike trails. Quick 30 mins drive to beautiful Lake Michigan. Cabin is heated in the winter and air conditioning in the summer. Kitchen has dishes and a coffee pot for that fresh first cup. The Cabin is rustic and sets in the woods and is visited by nature. The local residents are deer, bear & squirrels. No WiFi(yet), but we have two TVs with local channels. Fire Pit and outside grill.

We loved staying here! The place was cozy and peaceful and we felt at home right away. The area was quiet with very few neighbors. Sarah thought of everything, including food/water bowls and treats for our pup! The highlight was the fully stocked kitchen - we cooked most meals during our stay and whenever we realized we forgot something, it seemed to magically appear in a kitchen drawer. We would love to return next time we take a trip to the area!

Truly an exceptional stay. Top tier hosts that have gone above and beyond to make the stay feel like home. Incredibly clean, no bugs. A really nice little house. Property is beautifully maintained. So relaxing. Wildlife everywhere. We loved all the turtles. The only negative would be the goose poop all over the yard, but that’s just wild life being wild (I would just pack footwear accordingly) Overall, we are super happy with our stay and hope to be back! Thanks for everything!

The property is located on a beautiful, private lot and is equipped with everything needed for a getaway, any time of the year, whether it's for a party of one or a family; the hosts thought of everything needed for a short or long-term stay. We had a great time during our short visit to the cabin. There was coffee & oatmeal available, and the firepit was stocked with a bundle of wood for us. (There's a small pile of bramble close by to pick through as well). Internet worked great despite the remote location of the cabin. We visited to travel into Ludington, but actually spent most of our time & money in Custer & Scottville (great close towns with markets, meat shops, & cute gifts). Warning for any plus sized guests: the toilet is placed directly next to the wall. If you've got a big booty like mine, you will not be comfortable using it. Great amenities, quiet location, easy to find, and exceptional, friendly hosts. We will definitely be back if we're in the area again!
