A duplex separated by concrete wall, no noise No shared spaces! 2 bed/1 bath private driveway & entrance, a private huge fenced in backyard in Perdido Key area of Pensacola with less traffic. Big Lagoon park in walking distance. The Beach is 5 min away. Orange Beach and Walmart 10 min drive Gulf Shores, & Pensacola is a 25 min drive. The neighborhood is amazing new beach style houses. We accept Dogs under 60 lbs message after booked breed & Must pick up after them. No smoking/vaping inside.
