Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

The oldest residential house on the Island of San Giulio, situated in the middle of Lake Orta, distanced 400m from the mainland, accessible only via boat. The villa belongs to our family since 1637, completely refurbished whilst maintaining it's antique medieval charm, we hope you experience an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful and romantic Italian lake locations. Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.

This vacation home with its breathtaking lake view is just minutes from Lake Maggiore. The charm of the house is especially the terraces in the east and south-west direction, the panoramic windows and the garden with vineyard. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms as well as a living room with fireplace and a TV room provide comfort. The house is good for families (with kids). A car is necessary. Late checkout is possible for a fee on site.

The location is strategic, you can easily reach it by car, the city of Verbania is just a few minutes away, close to both lakes, the motorway and the mountains. The house consists of three floors. On the lower floor there are two bedrooms, two beds in each, and one bathroom with a shower. On the middle floor there is one large bedroom with two beds. (It is possible to put an extra bed). On the top floor there is a small bedroom with one bed and and separate bathroom. Also on the middle floor there is a kitchen equipped with all necessary for cooking.
