The large garden invites you to linger. But also in the immediate vicinity you can find great excursion destinations. Due to the good transport connections, this apartment is also particularly suitable for trade fair visitors, business people, fitters or also for motorcyclists on a big tour.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. Great location in the middle of the old town of Bielefeld. Just a few steps to the trendiest cafes. Still very quiet. A parking space belonging to the apartment is located just outside the door & offers a stress-free arrival. The fully equipped kitchen is brand new & has dishwasher/ stove/ oven & washing machine. Small appliances are also available! A dryer is especially handy in winter.

The apartment is located in a small district of Leopoldshöhe. Surrounding larger cities such as Bielefeld, Detmold, Lemgo, Bad Salzuflen, Herford are about 10 km away. The connection to the A2 is 4 km away. We live on the second floor. The apartment is on the first floor. The bed in the bedroom measures 140 × 200. Since many guests do not find this information, I would like to point out again that the maximum length of stay is 14 days.

Mono im Teuto

NEU: Direkt neben „Mono" steht ein weiteres Haus, „Nest im Wald“. Kann man auch besuchen. Oder beide… „Mono“ ist ein vor Jahrzehnten ausgebauter Trailer. Im Zuge einer Komplettsanierung bekam es 2020 rundum ein Timber-Frame-Skelett (neues Dach, neue Dämmung etc.) und damit eine erste Etage. Größe: 3,20 mal 13 Meter. Es heißt "Mono", da sein Außen, so wie auch jeder Raum innen, von hauptsächlich einer Farbe bestimmt wird.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of our apartment building and was last renovated in 2024 (since Airbnb). It has 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140 x 200 cm + 180 x 200 cm), a table to work, play, etc., and storage. The tables in one of the rooms + kitchen are foldable. The kitchen is fully equipped. It can be cooked and baked. There is 1 bathroom with bath and sink. The toilet is separate. Towels are provided.

Known from the local press! See article in pictures! I offer my small (60 sqm living space + 30 sqm terrace + 1,000 sqm garden) but fine home. Wishes for the stay? Call me.
