Beachfront vacation rentals in Bicheno

It was a really scenic beautiful home if you love nature and beaches. There were many corners of the house where you can just glance into the scenery right at your doorsteps. At night while a tinge creepy, opens you up to a blanket of stars. We even caught the Milky Way on phone. Unforgettable. Only complaint is that during winter, while there’s a central heating system, the master bedroom at the far end of the house gets really cold even with the added wall heater. Might be good to have an A/C heating in the room. Also, the sign for the unit from the road can be clearer and bigger since the location on Google map leads you to drive up the neighbour’s house. But overall, beautiful house with great view!

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely shack in Beaumaris. Polly and Alex were wonderful to communicate with, everything was so easy and we had everything we needed. The house was lovely with a big secure yard for our puppy to play in and the location was just perfect. Couldn’t recommend this place more for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing stay on Tassie’s east coast.

Felt like I could just stay forever at Amelia’s place. Was exactly as described and the location was more beautiful than I could imagine. The home itself was very cute and had everything and more to feel at home. Lots of room to move around. I absolutely loved the serenity of the outdoor bath - candles and bubbles are ready to go. Sitting under the stars with a glass of wine listening to the ocean waves was blissfully relaxing. A short 5 min drive into Swansea for any supplies (IGA and Boutique Bottle shop) and quick bite at the local pub. I would love to visit again.

The house was perfect for a lovely relaxing week away with a young family. The fully fenced backyard overlooking the reserve was a perfect backdrop to enjoy the peace and quiet of Scamander. We walked to the river each day, played on the large open space outside the back fence. The fireplace was a nice change of pace. Thanks for having us

A unique experience , Scott’s place is a wonderful peaceful getaway , surrounded by trees within a very short stroll to the beach . The floor to ceiling windows really make you feel like your emersed in the natural environment . The contemporary design , well stocked kitchen and facilities in general make for a very comfortable stay . The fabulous beach and easy reach of the Freycinet peninsula make this an ideal place to explore Tasmania’s incredible east coast . Watch the sunrise over the freycinet peaks then go for a morning dip , it doesn’t get much better .

The cabin had everything we needed and was very clean and spacious. The location is great, with a short walk through to the amazing beach. Was a little disappointing that breakfast was not provided as the listing included it and previous reviewers commented on how good the breakfast provisions were.

Excellent place to stay, extremely serene with 9 Mile Beach as a highlight just down the dunes. Highly responsive and proactive host with delicious eating only a short drive away. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

A peaceful place to stay for a couple of days. We loved the bean bag chairs and watched a white bellied eagle fight off a wedge tail mid flight.

Perfection. Attention to detail- even in the kitchen…we had all the dishes and utensils necessary to cook like a chef at the house! There are even pantry items there- so check on that before running to the grocery store in town because we bought doubles in some things. I’m sure the selections in the pantry will vary. In addition, there may be garden produce ready for the picking!! Make sure and check with the host first- that will be seasonal, I’m sure. Beds are comfortable, showers have hot water, tub with jets is helpful after a day of sight-seeing. As owner notes, it isn’t hot, just warm…but it was still a good experience. Decks overlook bay/ocean- you get to witness the changing colors of the Hazards throughout the day standing over the bay. And if you are wondering- we saw amazing Aurora lights out over the water! Windows everywhere! Just incredible’views- there are no words. And you boy minutes from Swansea. Host has a book with restaurant suggestions. Grocery.❤️

We loved out stay! The beautiful view, heated pool on the deck, gorgeous fire place inside, modern amenities and 1 minute walk to the secluded beach made our stay magical. The music room with the records was a beautiful touch. Will definitely return!

We loved staying in Bicheno while visiting the Freycinet national park area. It’s a cute village with great coffeeshops. We appreciated our dinner at the Long Boat, the restaurant next to the motel complex. The apartment is brand new. The 2 bedrooms were extremely quiet and comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen were both beautiful and functional. Checking in and out was easy. We appreciated all the amenities available on motel ground. There’s a nice family beach just across the street. We had an amazing stay.

Piermont Retreat was a complete delight, from our greeting at the front desk of which was warm & friendly, to then the surroundings, amenities & the cottage was so perfect, the stone on the cottage, the decor, the kitchen, the welcome package was a lovely touch & comfort of every thing, the bed & linen so very comfortable & clean, our stay here has been the highlight of our 3 week trip so far, thank you Piermont what a treat.

This is a nice place to stay for the holiday. You can relax with good water-view, peaceful and quiet surroundings. It provided all the facilities that you require. You feel comfortable likewise your home.

We loved our stay in Hayley’s home, felt like a home away from home. Everything you could possibly need to have a comfortable stay, we both commented we would have loved to bring our children when they were younger to enjoy this accommodation, plenty of room for a family. The area is beautiful too so much to see & do.

A perfect spot near Freycinet National Park. We really enjoyed our stay here. Very convenient location for access to the park. As an extra bonus, we also found good eating spots nearby. Views from the front deck were spectacular, particularly sunset.

Fantastic place directly opposite the beach. Amazing sunrises and pristine waters. The place was great for our small family, we felt right at home. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay at Tribe Shack. Melodie’s place feels very homely, calm, and welcoming. The bed linen was beautiful and the bed in the main bedroom was really comfy. Beautiful coastal views from the kitchen/living and bedrooms. Lovely big stove to come home to after some time at the beach. We would love to come back again soon
