We love Marta’s apartment! It is nice and clean on the top floor. The little details of the apartment are very considerable and we felt right at home. The neighbours are friendly and quiet. Easy to get around the island. Helpful local recommendations too!

Appartamento perfetto! Sono stata in questo appartamento per le mie vacanze e devo dire che è stato tutto perfetto! L'appartamento è completo di tutto, non manca niente. A lovely comfortable apartment for the two of us. Very central to the town of Piran. Walking distance to everywhere including getting to walks along the north coast of the peninsula. Domen corresponded promptly to any questions we had and made the apartment available early to accommodate us on the first the day. Julija met us in Tartini Square to take us there and show us how everything worked. Apartment very well equipped. Welcome tray was a lovely personal touch. Our two nights there were perfect. Thankyou both.

Everything was great really, Veronica is amazing, very polite and super helpful. Apartment is located on main street, two minutes from the beach, it is super clean, equipped with everything you need. Everything is close by restaurants, bars, stores… I would recommend 5/5

This place is amazing mostly thanks to its roof terrace - it was rather windy this time but otherwise I could imagine spending half of the day on this terrace above Adriatic and watch the blue sea. Clean, cute and stylish place, I loved staying there! Communication was easy and friendly:) Recommended!

Diese Wohnung ist ein Traum. Schon bei der Ankunft punktet sie mit einem privaten Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück — direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock und ist auch bequem per Aufzug erreichbar. Perfekt für schweres Gepäck. Dort angekommen erwartet einen eine makellos saubere, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft, in der man sich vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlfühlt. Die Lage ist kaum zu übertreffen: In weniger als drei Minuten erreicht man eine Vielzahl an Restaurants, Bars, Supermärkten – und sogar der Strand liegt nur einen Sprung entfernt. Das absolute Highlight ist der wundervoll grosse Balkon: mit traumhafter Aussicht, ruhiger Atmosphäre und sogar einem Hauch Meerblick. Wir haben uns alle in diesen Ort verliebt – der perfekte Platz, um den Tag entspannt zu beginnen und ausklingen zu lassen. Giorgia ist eine wunderbare und aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die man immer erreiche kann. Herzlichen Dank! Wir kommen sicher wieder 😊. Absolute Empfehlung für Lido di Jesolo

We absolutely loved our stay at Jerome and Catherine’s. We loved the quiet neighborhood, the canal views in front and garden views in back. It was so wonderful to come back to this quiet neighborhood after a long day of sightseeing. I would definitely stay here again.

Ми перебували у Анни 10 днів. Квартира дуже чиста та затишна. До того ж, в ній є все необхідне. Розташування дуже зручне: до моря всього лиш декілька хвилин. Анна була дуже любʼязною, швидко відповідала і навіть залишила нам сніданок! Ми була вражені гостинністю. У квартирі є хороший інтернет, тому я без проблем могла працювати. Також, зручно паркувати машину. Буду рекомендувати Анну своїм друзям!

Tanja e Darko ci hanno accolto in modo amorevole. Sorridenti e sempre disponibili, ci hanno dato tutte le indicazioni utili per esplorare la zona e ci hanno coccolato offrendoci prodotti del loro territorio e un’ottima merenda preparata da Tanja. L’alloggio è estremamente curato e pulitissimo, con aria condizionata, zanzariere, parcheggio e un piccolo giardino recintato perfetto per viaggiare col proprio cane. Situato in zona tranquilla e comoda a raggiungere il mare con una passeggiata di pochi minuti. Raggiungibili a piedi anche un minimarket, il panificio e un ristorante. Consigliatissimo! Noi non vediamo l’ora di tornare!!

The apartment’s atmosphere was very nice. Designed by an interior designer, few years ago fully refurbished. Some parts look good, but are not really practical (big chandeliers). The kitchen is fully equipped, so we could prepare food easily. The AC was working. Alenka reccommended us a lot of places to visit, she is a really kind and helpful host :) enjoyed our stay in Piran and would recommend Casa Matteo to anyone :)

Perfect home to stay

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten inkl. Venedig in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft war modern und sauber. Mattia war freundlich und gut erreichbar. Zwei Bäder waren Luxus für uns. Alles war sehr sauber und die Anzahl der Handtücher war top. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Unser Sohn hatte auf dem Trampolin im Garten Spaß. In der Nähe waren viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ein super Café in Cavallino und noch genug offene Restaurants trotz Nebensaison. Einzig die vielen Mücken waren etwas blöd draußen. Da waren die Fliegennetze in allen Fenstern super.

Bellissimo appartamento, in una posizione molto tranquilla. Cucina e bagno attrezzati, è tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Purtroppo la sera a Burano non ci sono molti posti aperti, sarebbe stato meglio organizzarsi per cenare a casa. Con i bambini bisogna stare attenti alla scala che è un po’ esposta. Super consigliata!

Abbiamo passato due giorni piacevolissimi. L'alloggio è come da descrizione, spazioso e pulito e il servizio è stato ottimo, ma soprattutto ringraziamo Stefania per la disponibilità e la pazienza con il nostro vivacissimo cagnolino Joey!

Es handelt sich hier um eine kleine Oase. Der Gastgeber war sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Das Ferienhäusschen mit Aussenbereich ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, enorm sauber und bietet mehr als die nötige Ausstattung. Sehr empfehlenswert - gerne wieder 😁🇭🇷❤️.

Alloggio molto bello, situato nel mezzo della pineta alle spalle di Bibione Lido del Sole. La spiaggia si trova a meno di un km, ma comunque Lucia ci ha messo a disposizione 4 biciclette per spostarci sia in spiaggia, sia lungo la bellissima pista ciclabile lungomare. Posto perfetto per godersi la spiaggia di Bibione, ma anche, volendo, per gite in giornata (noi ad esempio siamo andati a Venezia in una giornata di brutto tempo). Molto gentile Lucia che ci ha accolti personalmente, cosa che è sempre più rara per chi affitta con airbnb.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home, which is located in what feels like a surreal spot in Venice. The apartment was spotless and perfectly clean, and we were especially grateful for the host’s flexibility with our check-in time. Communication was always smooth and quick, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. As two architects visiting Venice for the Biennale, we found the location ideal — close to both Arsenale and Giardini. I would absolutely love to stay here again on my next visit to Venice, if it’s available.

Es war in jeder Hinsicht der schönste Urlaub, den ich mit meiner Familie verbracht habe. Die Wohnung war komfortabel, sehr sauber und erfüllte alle Bedürfnisse, zusätzlich zu einer wunderbaren Aussicht. Auf dem wunderbaren Markt im Stadtzentrum von Karauli fühlen Sie sich anders und wunderbar. Herr Carlo war wie ein Freund und zögerte nicht, auf jede Anfrage zu antworten, außer ihm eine angemessene Erklärung für jede Anfrage zu geben. Vielen Dank, Herr Carlo

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral an der Einkaufsstrasse, auf der sich viele Restaurants befinden. Auch am Strand ist man schnell. Das Schlafzimmer zur Einkaufsstrasse ist manchmal etwas laut, abends die Gäste und in der Früh Strassenreinigung ... sollte man da empfindlich sein, ist es ratsam das Schlafzimmer mit Blick auf den Pool zu nehmen .... dieses ist viel ruhiger. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir können die Unterkunft bedenkenlos empfehlen! Angefangen von der super Kommunikation über eine wirklich außergewöhnliche Wohnung mit allem drum und dran bis hin zu einem sehr reibungslosen Ablauf der gesamten Buchung. Auf Wünsche wurde sofort reagiert und so hatte Andrea u.a. extra noch einen Hochstuhl besorgt. Top Service und alles wie beschrieben. Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal hier und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Es un lugar increíble, tranquilo, privado, romántico, ideal para escapadas en pareja. Super cómodo y completo, incluye muchos detalles de cortesía que hacen la diferencia. El wifi funciona muy bien, el baño amplio y lindo, una decoración veneciana preciosa ♥️. La atención es increíble, nos han guiado con paciencia hasta nuestra llegada, nos han dado recomendaciones diarias para conocer este hermoso lugar, estamos agradecidos y felices Podes sentarse a disfrutar mirando el canal es algo que destaco mucho. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Ennios Apartment und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ist auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet. In der Küche findet man alles was man zum Kochen benötigt und auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, man hat unzählige Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung und gleichzeitig genießt man die Ruhe des kleinen Fischerdorfes. Die Einwohner sind sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich willkommen, egal ob in der kleinen Bar um die Ecke, im Restaurant oder im tollen Fischladen nebenan. Wir haben es genossen, den Abend auf dem kleinen Balkon zu verbringen. Bei einem Glas Wein oder Prosecco (lieben Dank Ennio) schaut man auf die Boote in der Marina und genießt den Sonnenuntergang. Für uns der perfekte Ort für einen entspannten Urlaub. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

A true gem! The balcony really adds a unique dimension; to be able and watch every day life in Venice was so interesting. The apartment is in easy walk of great cafes and restaurants and handy for The Vaporetto and water taxis. We travelled with my 89 year old mother and were very grateful for the flexible check in after our early flight. We ate out each meal, so easy with so many great places in easy walking distance. Amongst our favourite, for breakfast was San Giovanni Vini e Cicchetti for fabulous chichetti !
