We had a fantastic stay in Miha's beautiful garden oasis of an apartment for our week in Ljubljana. From check-in to check-out, Miha was the perfect host, responding to our questions and providing super useful local recommendations. He even came by mid-week to pick up some rubbish when we realized we didn't have the key card to the rubbish bin. The apartment itself is gorgeous, full of plants and beautiful artwork. We loved coming back to the space after a long day of sightseeing. The kitchen was furnished with everything we needed and we loved sitting out on the balcony. The location is excellent: just a short walk to the city center, so it's easy to get to the main attractions, but far enough away that it felt like we were in a nice, quiet residential area. It's a short walk from the bus/train station and across the street from a lovely cafe at the Slovenian Ethnographic Museum and the leafy Park Tabor. This apartment has my highest recommendation! There was perfect communication between the hosts, Kristjan, and his mother. The apartment was clean, functional, well-equipped, and bright. The bed was comfortable. We were able to check in independently. A good experience.

I really enjoyed staying at Primoz's place. It felt like sleeping at a friend's place - because it IS his place. Great kitchen, a good work area, comfy bed.. plus a very nice terrace with a view. Anytime I come to Ljubljana, I would stay if it is available!

We only spent 1 night at Mariya's place, and we felt sorry to leave. It is not only lovely, but is at a perfect location, very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Mariya was easy to communicate with. it was a perfect stay, thank you, Mariya! We would definitely want to come back...

Gorgeous area, felt really safe. Absolutely lovely hosts. Made us feel very welcome and even cooked us some food on their bbq. Lovely location about a 15 minute walk from the lake, highly recommend renting out bikes !

Het appartement is zeer smaakvol en origineel ingericht, echt eens iets anders! Het is ruim en gezellig met veel licht en ligt in een rustige omgeving met bar (ook ontbijt) en bakkerij om de hoek en heel dicht bij de oude stad waar je natuurlijk alles hebt. Heel sympathiek dat er koffie (capsules) voorzien was 🤗

Chata jest po prostu wspaniała, wygląda jak z bajki. Zdjęcia zupełnie nie oddają obłędnego wręcz uroku tego miejsca. Jest położona w wyjątkowo malowniczej i spokojnej okolicy ale jednocześnie wszędzie jest blisko (samochodem). Zdecydowanie miejsce jest warte swojej ceny. Gospodarz jest bardzo miły i kontaktowy. Na pewno chciałbym tam wrócić i to jak najszybciej.

IMMACULATE space! Our stay here was so lovely! It is SO SPACIOUS unlike many other places in Europe. It was super close to Lake Bled and the Vintgar Gorge. She has all kinds of resources available and clearly goes out of her way to make you comfortable - including fresh fruit and a nice size bottle of wine.

Amazing place and great host. Frančiška met me at check-in, showed me around, and gave tips on the area. She was very nice and responsive. The apartment is a nice walk from Bled and has everything I needed!

A charming apartment in a quiet village with a cafe and small supermarket across the road. We were welcomed with beautiful home make cake. Close to Bled but without the bussle.

This was my best and most interesting experience on airbnb! Tree house is exciting! The view is amazing,nature is wonderful. We felt very safe even we were with two kids 6 and 7 years old. It is very well equipped with everything you need for living. Kitchen,shower,toilet,bedroom with a large bed...Fast internet and the great tv screen! Matjaz is great person,perfect host! We were late for two hours and he wait for us with a big smile.We*ll come back definitely very soon. Thank you Matjaz for your hospitality.

Loger chez Rose et Boris est une belle aventure. Ils nous ont accueillis chez eux comme les membres d’une grande famille et nous ont ouvert leur cœur. Nous avions une grande chambre confortable et un accès partagé aux espaces communs. Rose et Boris ont pris le temps de discuter avec nous et ont partagé leur quotidien, ce qui est de plus en plus rare de la part des hôtes Airbnb. Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous. Le quartier est un peu excentré mais les transports en commun sont tout près et nous permettent de rejoindre la vieille ville assez facilement. Définitivement le coup de cœur de notre séjour en Slovénie.

I had the pleasure of staying at Andrej and Nina’s apartment over new years. The apartment was exceptionally(!!!) clean and well maintained. It is super-comfortable and has a stunning view of the Julian Alps from its roof terrace. The shower with the possibility of using rain-shower + side spray nozzles was straight up amazing - and was especially welcome since I spent most of my time outdoors at close to 0 degrees. The apartment is located in a small residential street and therefore really quiet - yet only a short walk of about 10-15min away from the city center. Andrej and Nina made sure I felt right at home - were exceptionally warm and welcoming - and super responsive. If you‘re planning on staying in Ljubljana I can wholeheartedly recommend staying here 💚

Leopold and his wife are just great hosts. They are extremely helpful and go the extra mile to help you and show you around the areas as well. I love cycling and leopold took me out on a day of cycling around the whole area while both the wives were going around as well and then they showed us an amazing local place to swim. Overall, they were very helpful and hospitable and we will definitely go there again!

Le logement est très agréable et très bien situé dans un village très calme qui dispose de toutes les commodités. Cet emplacement permet de rayonner dans toute la slovenie ouest.

So eine schöne Ferienwohnung hatten wir noch nie, auch nicht in Deutschland. Man merkt, dass es sich um die ehemalige Wohnung der Gastgeber handelt. Sie ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet - mehr als 200 CDs und über 50 Espressotassen mit sechs Kochern :-) Die Beschreibung gilt für die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Leopold und Maria sind sehr herzlich und haben vielen Tips und Vorschläge für Ausflüge. Zudem gibt es für Kinder eine Gartenhütte mit sehr, sehr vielen Lego.

Staša and family were very welcoming, and often went out of their way to help us, give advice and provide local recommendations. Location was great, and convenient for public transport - we took a direct bus from Ljubljana bus station (in the same place as the train station) to get there. The bus stop (Radovljica Zahod) is a 1min walk from the house, and has frequent direct bus to lakes Bled and Bohinj, and to Podhom (for access to Vintgar Gorge). Good access to Radovljica old town which had some interesting history. There's also plenty of grocery stores nearby, and we enjoyed pizzas at Baffi, which was about a 5-10 minute walk. The apartment was clean, and really well equipped for prepping/cooking. We really enjoyed our stay there, and would happily recommend it to others. Thank you for welcoming us in :)
