House vacation rentals in Béziers

We had a great stay. Romain is a responsive, friendly, and patient host. His place is exactly as pictured and was relatively easy to find. You’ll need to rely on a rental car or taxi service for the location. Not ideal for people with mobility issues as only one room is on the bottom floor. The other rooms are accessible via a slim staircase. Two rooms are situated near each other with three rooms total in the main part of the house. The other two you access by walking in the courtyard. The space was great for our needs as we were several families traveling together, total of 9 people. We had the space to eat and spend time together while also have some time apart during our trip. A large grocery store is less than 10 minutes away. Béziers train station is roughly 12 minutes away. Romain met us for both check in and check out times and was flexible when our party had different arrival times. I’d recommend Romain’s place to anyone looking for a lovely holiday.

Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour chez Julia ! Le logement est de qualité. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un très bon séjour. Les équipements sont de qualité, tout comme le mobilier. Nous avons pu profiter de l'espace extérieur qui est super. Julia est une hôte très gentille, accueillante et réactive ! Nous avons pu la solliciter facilement et cela a été un plaisir de discuter avec elle. Nous avons pu bénéficier de recommandations de la part de Julia. Je recommande fortement ce logement pour vos prochains séjours !

Excellent séjour en famille. Très belle maison agencée et decorée avec goût. Le propriétaire est très gentil réactif dispo et a l'écoute. Superbe villa aussi bien intérieure qu extérieure . Moderne et très bien équipée. Tout est judicieusement penser pour passer un agréable séjour autour de la piscine et de la cuisine extérieure. Tout était parfait.

J’ai passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement. L’appartement était propre, bien équipé et conforme à la description. Le lit est confortable, la cuisine fonctionnelle, et le quartier calme, ce qui est parfait pour se reposer. L’hôte était réactif et accueillant, avec de bonnes recommandations pour les environs. Je recommande sans hésiter ce logement et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir si l’occasion se présente. Note : 5/5

Philippe was a wonderful host. Our doggie Winston loved the apartment and sitting out by the pool with his favorite humans. The apartment had all the amenities we were looking for in an Airbnb. Inside the gate parking was a big plus. Thank you Philippe!

Unserer Zeit bei Christine und André war wunderschön! Der Ort ist unbeschreiblich und die beiden haben uns mit ihrer herzlichen Art total berührt. Christine hat uns im nahegelegenen Ort getroffen und wir sind ihr mit dem Auto gefolgt. Die Strecke gibt einen Vorgeschmack auf die tollen Wanderungen, die man dort unternehmen kann. Die Straße ist nicht befestigt, aber langsam kommt man gut voran. Der Weiler, in dem die Gîte sich befindet, ist wie aus einem Märchen. Man hat eine private Pergola mit wunderbarem Blick. Vor dem Eingang ist ein Tisch an dem man in der Morgensonne Kaffee genießen und Essen kann. Die Wohnung war die bestausgestatteste und stilvoll eingerichtetste, in der wir je waren. Alles ist nachhaltig und mit so viel Liebe gestaltet. Christine und André geben einem das Gefühl von totaler Privatsphäre und nehmen einen gleichzeitig komplett in ihre Welt auf. Wir durften Lamas streicheln und den Weiler erkunden und über die beindruckende Geschichte erfahren. Es war einzigartig!

La petite maison de Patrick est tout à fait exceptionnelle. Nichée au milieu de la garrigue, elle est très joliment décorée et bénéfice d’un cadre idyllique et paisible. Malgré la chaleur du mois de juin la maison reste fraîche. La terrasse est très agréable à la fin de la journée. Patrick est très accueillant et très arrangeant. Le restaurant à 2 minutes à pied de la maison est délicieux et avec un excellent service. Vraiment nous avons passé un magnifique séjour et espérons revenir prochainement.

Superbe séjour, le logement était parfait, très propre et très bien équipé. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter la région, et surtout très calme et paisible. Nous avons été très bien accueilli, Bruno est très réactif, Nous recommandons vivement.

Perfect place for those who want to enjoy the quality of life in the south! The house is very nice, very well-equipped. Excellent bedding! The outdoor areas allow you to fully enjoy the long evenings! Thank you to Romain and Dimitri for their hospitality, availability and kindness!

La maison était parfaite pour 10 personnes: grande et très très bien équipée . Il ne manque rien !! Et tout est prévu et pensé pour accueillir au moins 10 personnes! C’est très agréable. La décoration de la partie rénovée est vraiment chouette. On se sent vraiment bien , comme chez soi!! Nous y avons fêté Noël en famille , un sapin y était même installé ! La grande pièce permet de tous se retrouver sans être à l’étroit, et de vaquer à différentes activités… Merci de nous avoir permis d’arriver en début d’après-midi pour organiser le réveillon ! Seul petit bémol, le chauffage venait juste d’être allumé à notre arrivée… et la maison a mis plusieurs heures à atteindre une température convenable.. la grande pièce est chauffée par un poêle à bois… qu’il nous a fallu allumer. Seule une seule salle de bain sur les 3 possède un chauffage.. quand les températures extérieures sont négatives …. Une est inutilisable et la deuxième… est très fraîche….

A fabulous re-charging get away. A breathtaking view of the Etange and twinkling lights of the towns across the water in such a serene setting! We, and our doggie, enjoyed the multi level garden-even napped on the outdoor beds, prepared and ate on the dinning terrace, went to the nearby forest/park where dogs can go off leash… daily exercise by hiking down into the hustle & bustle of Sete to score our croissants, enjoy the fabulous indoor market as well as outdoor marches on wed. and fridays, do some girlie shopping at cute boutiques or simply enjoy a drink on the quai! Plenty of good restaurants to choose from and several small or large supermarkets as well. We love Sete and Madyne’s place was just perfect for us! All amenities were clean , new and clearly carefully chosen. She’s lovely with great energy - we can highly recommend staying here.

Very nice accommodation, spacious, perfect for groups of friends or large family even with children (awesome garden for children). Really nice, and accommodating hosts. Lots of games and activities available (ping pong, foosball, pétanque ect...). I recommend this address without a second thought, we'll be happy to come back.

The accommodation is very pleasant, spacious and functional. We came with a baby and Myriam offered us baby equipment that made our stay very comfortable! close to roads leading easily to the sea and/or for visiting the area! The terrace is a real plus! In the immediate vicinity of the port of Colombiers on the Canal du Midi for a very pleasant walk We'll be happy to go back!

Very nice welcome by the hostess, extremely friendly, location near downtown Béziers, parking problematic, not much space on the street, very well furnished apartment, very well equipped with a lot of taste, entirely consistent with the hostess's description and the listing, you should know that it is a townhouse on 3 floors, you have to be careful with people who have problems with that, otherwise rent without a second thought, this accommodation is super nice 😊

Great stay at Bernard's, in a charming, clean and functional accommodation. A very comfortable bed, a private terrace and a swimming pool available (I bathed there despite the rather cool temperature, it was a very nice plus!). Communication was easy and Bernard lent us two bikes for our rides! The sea is a stone's throw away and the city (Agde, Cap d'Agde, Grau d'Agde) is easily accessible by bike or car. Lots of opportunities for sightseeing or walks. Beautiful sunshine too during this stay which turned out to be perfect!

Lovely spacious villa, quiet area and nice village. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely garden and pool. Only slight problem was the 1 toilet for 4 double bedrooms and bathroom with hand held shower inside main bedroom. So only 1 shower room. But we had a great family holiday.

Nothing to say, the house is located in a quiet neighborhood while being close to everything. The host is super responsive and attentive. The house matches the photos and is very spacious! Favorite for the terrace and the small garden! Thank you Melanie

Very pretty little old town house. Not a view from the terrace, but windless and cozy. 1000 mosquitoes everywhere. We really appreciated the village life. Everything around the corner, bakeries, groceries, bars and restaurants. Very good location for beautiful hikes through the water landscape and trips to Narbonne and Carcassonne.

My stay was just perfect. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos, very clean, bright and tastefully decorated. The location is ideal, close to all amenities. I particularly enjoyed the terrace and the jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing after a busy day.
