Sophie's vacation home is beautiful. It is comfortably furnished and equipped with everything you might need in everyday life. It is very close to the beach and we felt comfortable quickly. We would come back anytime.

Annelise's apartment is ideally located. Close to the beach of chalets but also shops, you can get everywhere on foot. Very warm and welcoming, the apartment has everything you need for a successful stay. AnneLise was very accommodating for an early check-in, very responsive. I would recommend this place for a stay in Gruissan, everything was perfect.

Pauline is welcoming and friendly. The accommodation met my expectations, quiet and well located, it is well equipped and pleasant to live in. I recommend it!

We had an unforgettable week in Julie's large apartment. The panoramic view of the sea was breathtaking and the beach was clean with direct access from the property. You can tell that the apartment is often occupied, but everything was usable and as described in the listing. Julie was a great host who always responded kindly and quickly to our requests. It was especially nice that we were allowed to use a later check-out, which is very pleasant when traveling with a toddler. You can also quickly get to shopping and Montpellier from the property by car (recommended). We were able to relax very well and would love to come again. Thank you for the wonderful time!

We had a very pleasant stay in this lovely apartment. The location is really top: quiet location and with a beautiful sea view. The apartment is completely as described – everything was present and the photos completely match the reality. The underground parking lot is a convenient extra. We stayed here with our child and that went perfect. There was a cot and high chair available, and the apartment is child-friendly: our child could not escape anywhere. In short, highly recommended. We will definitely come back here again!

Beautiful apartment, tastefully decorated, rare cleanliness, I would like to point out👍, to regularly use Airbnb, we are often surprised by the state of dirt. Very well insulated, because the apartment overlooks the heart of village life, windows closed, we slept like a log😴😴😴😴. Parking available at the foot of the building, but rare spaces, but large public parking, and free a few meters away. All shops are at the foot of the building, so an excellent bakery, for your breakfasts🍞🥐🥖. I would like to point out that a Senseo is available (indicated in the listing as a coffee maker). Two small black spots, the nearby environment, stairs, courtyard, entrances to the building (specified in the listing by the owners), not reassuring. The second point is the fridge is unplugged, so nothing to cool, as there was no tenant before me, the meter was off. Arrival with groceries, it was a little complicated.

We felt at home! Christel is a friendly hostess and the house is wonderful. It is lovingly decorated and in a great condition. Accommodations like this one from Christel make vacations unforgettable. The outdoor area with pool and jacuzzi is an additional highlight. Our kids and we loved it. We will be happy to come back. Thank you for everything.

Excellent modern house, not far from a beautiful beach. The house is spacious and looks just like the photos - it had all the amenities you would want and the furniture and climate control was perfect. The local area was a bit lively at times, which was nice - most nights this ended at midnight but the house is well sound proofed. Lots of room for everything and well provided amenities. Definitely would recommend.

The accommodation was perfect, the private terrace is very nice, the jacuzzi too. The accommodation is perfectly equipped and decorated with taste. I had a few questions and the hosts are very responsive, we were hosted very well, kindness and a little attention with cookies waiting for us upon arrival. I would recommned this property 😊

This is a lovely house in a quiet neighbourhood. Spotlessly clean with equally pristine equipment. It is a pleasure to cook there. We think it a comfortable house with a lovely bedroom, bed and bedding. It is a bonus to have private parking within the property. It's not too far to walk to the seafront at le Grau d'Adge. And of course, the house is situated only a three minute walk from the beach.

We really enjoyed EVERYTHING about this experience, really. The hosting was super friendly, with a smile and personalized attention... A real little haven of peace in Agde – second stay just as perfect! This is the second time I've stayed in Elisa's studio, and it's always a pleasure! The accommodation is in a great location, just an 8-minute walk from the beach, in a super quiet neighborhood — perfect for resting. The studio is very clean, well arranged and you immediately feel good there. But what really makes the difference is the quality of the welcome and the interactions with Élisa and her hosts: warm, caring, always available! No words for this amazing home! Everything was perfect - all the way to the way the space was used and not one spec of dust. Quintessential French everything. The neighbors are all friendly and welcoming. The night is peaceful and there is activity down by the beach, which is just a short walk. I did not want to leave. There is no way you could be disappointed with staying here. Also, communicative hosts who were so helpful.

It has a nice balcony with sea views. This is the best apartment we have ever rented in Cap. The host is a friendly guest who is very helpful.

The apartment was very clean as soon as we arrived and the clime was ready for us. I won't hesitate to come back. They arranged the apartment well and it is in very good condition.
