Place was amazing but it is a smart house. We had trouble with the TV and lights hooking it up on our phones. The TV wanted us to download an app and add a credit card. The outside was amazing, especially the hot tub. Only down fall was the storm knocked the outside lights out so we swam in the dark. Overall, it was amazing!

Different unit but we’ve stayed at the property another time and love the location. Easy walk to downtown, Landa Park and we joined the gym Das Rec for a month, great value. Fun to watch the activity on the Comal and the golf course from your balcony. The unit itself has comfortable furnishings, well stocked kitchen, patio had lounge chairs and a dining set, all just as shown in the listing. Saundra was great throughout the process. We would definitely stay again.

This is a lovely home with many amenities and great space! The home is located at the end of a very quiet, small road, and is just a few blocks away from main roads. Kristin was friendly and helpful, start to finish, and we had a great stay!

Great place, great location and easy access to the NW side is San Antonio. Carlos communicated well, everything in the house was clean, neat and cozy.

This was a beautiful rental and in a great neighborhood. This house was very spacious and the backyard was amazing. The hosts were very responsive and very helpful.

We stayed in town for my son’s college graduation. Jennifer was very sweet, she had graduation decorations for him. She was very easy to communicate with and you can tell she put a lot of thought into the house. The house was very nice and spacious. My large family was very comfortable!

Wonderful location on the river and the nicest host! The unit is small but worked perfectly for our family of 4 (+ 2 dogs). We had everything we needed, and Mary Ann was so helpful and responsive. It was a nice float on the river from the dam to the last exit (just long enough). The walk back to the house is doable but I’m glad we had someone to pick us up. One thing to note, all table/chair seating is outside on the patio. There were a couple times we wished there was a small table (even if just a bistro set) inside, but definitely not that big of a deal. We had a slight scare on our last night and had to call an ambulance. Mary Ann was so kind, helpful and understanding. Couldn’t ask for a better host.

We loved the tiny home! It was warm at first inside, but you just have to wait for the AC to do its job. We enjoyed walking our dogs over at the nice park down the road. Only a 7 minute drive to downtown. Very unique set up! Also, the bed was so comfortable! Very communicative hosts.

My family and I had been searching for a home that would have the space and such that we needed. We found Vanessa’s beautiful home and it was more than expected. We had an amazing time and my kids enjoyed the pool so much. My husband even made a comment that he would buy her place if he could! Vanessa was a responsive and accommodating host. I couldn’t have asked for a better host. Thank you for everything! We are looking to rebook if plans don’t fall through for next year!

We had an excellent stay, it had very beautiful surroundings with deer coming on the property in the mornings for a beautiful sunrise view

This was the perfect place to stay when we came to BMT Graduation. Theodore was an amazing host! There were stadium seats, umbrellas and a cooler for us to use. The house was perfect for our Airman to come back and relax after graduation. There is plenty of space. I would highly recommend this place to any family visiting the San Antonio area, especially if you are hoping to be close to Lackland. Theodore had amazing communication and was very responsive. The house was clean, cozy and looked exactly like the pictures. Thank you Theodore for helping make our stay so wonderful!

Cathy has a great place for large groups to stay. The home was in a nice location - within walking distance to many restaurants, Schlitterbahn water park, an ice cream shop, and more. The decks and outdoor patio were great features for the home. The home was beautiful with good appliances, and everything was very clean and organized when we got there. Cathy gave clear instructions and was respectful and responsive whenever I reached out. My group had a great time and would definitely choose this home again if we went back to New Braunfels.
