This place was everything an Airbnb should be. I was in constant contact with the host who always checked on me to make sure i was okay. Extremely clean. Felt very safe behind the gate of the home. The projector was amazing with tons and tons of options on the firestick. Easy to order food and amazon packages. I would stay here again any day. I was honestly sad to leave after my month was up. I will always remember this cute little place as a staple that contributed to my settling in LA! THEE perfect place!!

Stayed a little more than a month. It was the perfect place for me. Good location and simple quiet apartment. Had a maintenance issue during the stay and Carole arranged for it to be fixed right away.

I stayed Sergio’s place for five weeks and overall had a great experience. The location is excellent, and the apartment is spacious, quiet, and nicely maintained. While the building is a bit old, the interior is clean and comfortable. There was a neighborhood power outage for a couple of days during my stay, but the host was very communicative; he shared all updates from building management and the electric company promptly, which helped me adjust easily. Super supportive and responsive throughout. Would definitely recommend!
