This place is always magical! This is our fourth time here and it's a pleasure to be back. Very comfortable, very well equipped and the location is just perfect. Montie has been a wonderful host from the start. We had a small issue with the plumbing and Montie fixed it in less than 30 minutes, even though he was traveling out of state. I highly recommend staying here!

Authentic family home, close to great beach neighborhoods. Easy walk to very good Thai & Mexican eats, and basic markets; about 1/2 mile to epic Japanese market & food court. Be prepared for stairs at this clean & comfortable four-level and you'll be rewarded with lots of natural light and views for your effort. Bring your cable app for your phone if you want to watch TV. There is a radio/stereo for AM/FM/CD. Outstanding library if you just want to chill and read a good book. Kitchen was nice and use of house spices & condiments is allowed. There is a hairdryer in the ground floor bath. Host Masha is kind and helpful. We would stay again.

Great Job J! We were a collection of 10 adults, some couples, and we were able to sort ourselves out and everyone was able to find a comfy place to sleep. It was perfect

Sean is a great host. The space is very clean. Beds were comfortable. It was easy to get in and out. It has all the amenities. We felt very at home. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here! Thanks to Sean for the excellent communication and a great place to stay.

This was a great location for our vacation! super close to the beach - very short walk. So much to do in the area and very close to the Venice Canals. very roomy with plenty of outdoor space and places to relax. we had a great stay and Vanessa was a great host and provided everything we needed, even beach toys for the kids!

We had a great stay at Laurie’s place which is walkable to numerous attractions and eateries. The apartment is clean, comfortable and easy to access. Laurie also kindly provided good shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel in the bathroom; and coffee/creamer/sugar in the kitchen. The beds, pillows, linens were all comfortable for good nights sleep. Thank you for making our weekend getaway pleasant!

will was SUPER responsive even when i contacted him at 2am PST and it was 5am EST for him at the time. there were very clear instructions on how to check in and out. everything was super clean. will even let us drop off my friends’ and i’s luggage in the garage before our check in time. i would totally stay here again if im in the area.

One of the best listings Ive stayed at in LA! Tiffany was able to accommodate my last minute booking and graciously let us stay at her beautiful home. The house was clean, spacious, had comfy furniture, private, safe and felt right at home! I will definitely be booking with her again whenever I am in LA! The private garage parking was a lifesaver! There are walkable restaurants and the area the house is in is generally safe and I did not mind walking around to see all the restaurants and shops. The bathroom in the living room was so convenient alongside with the 2 bathrooms upstairs and washer/dryer. I could not recommend this place enough and I will be back very soon!!

I had a fantastic stay. The home was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was great, making it easy to explore the area. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, and check-in was hassle-free. My family will come back again.

great location. there is a great breakfast place less than 2 blocks from the apartment.

We were so fortunate to have found this lovely townhouse which was in close proximity to our family. It was exactly as described and has a beautiful view of the city during the day and city lights at night. Alfonso and Liz couldn’t have been better hosts! They were so accommodating to our needs and quick to respond to any question we had. I only wish we could have met them in person to give them each a big hug.

Michael’s place was great!! We loved the decor, the bright open spaces, and the spacious layout. Check-in was super easy with Michael coming to meet us, share additional instructions, and show us around. There was a plumbing issue that Michael communicated about proactively and went out of his was to bring us wine, beer, and snacks for the trouble. We really liked staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

This place was perfect for family and kids- had all the things needed for a 1.5 and 3.5 year old. They enjoyed the toys and high chairs needed for eating. We loved how homey and cozy it was. Great location and felt private and safe. Great for access to Santa Monica and Venice and LA for good food and beach days. Would definitely stay here again when need to be in area.

What an amazing stay! Truly a beautiful home in a wonderful location. The view from the balcony of Silver Lake and the city was absolutely breathtaking. I spent countless hours out there enjoying it. Such an amazing location too, so many great restaurants and cafes nearby. A great quiet neighborhood too. Very peaceful at night. I slept so well on the great comfy bed too. All in all 10 on 10! I would very happily stay here again. Can't recommend well enough.

We love this location and this was our second visit to this home. It is close to restaurants, shopping, and the university. It is also just a short drive to downtown and the beach. Highly recommend!

I took my parents to visit Pasadena and stayed at Vivian’s place. We felt right at home. The townhouse was a little challenging to upstairs and downstairs, so the bedroom on the first floor was a little difficult to use. Other than that, everything was great. Vivian was very responsive and always answered the message quickly and helped answer our questions. The location is excellent, very walkable to many shops and restaurants. It is quiet at night too. Overall we had a good time!
