The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Eftersom värdparet själv ibland laddar batterierna här är köket fullutrustat och inredningen vald med största omsorg.

We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Bäst reser du med egen bil. Cyklar finns. Passar även för längre vistelse, det finns arbetsyta och snabbt Wi-Fi så det går bra att jobba "hemifrån". Tvättmaskin.

En härlig promenad längs vattnet eller genom skogen , området erbjuder också populära cykelvägar. En parkering ingår. Nära till Gustavsberg där ni finner café, restauranger, shopping och aktiviteter. Lägenheten har en 160 dubbelsäng , matgrupp, kök, TV & en bäddsoffa. Badrum med tvättmaskin. Lägenheten ligger i anslutning till vårt bostadshus. Varmt välkomna med frågor!

Prisvärt och bekvämt boende för upp till 9 personer (sommatid, vintertid endast 5) på vackra Värmdö i Stockholms skärgård! Vårt faluröda gästhus ligger i utkanten av vår tomt med skog precis runt knuten. Populära Grisslinge havsbad när du på cirka 15 min promenad. Bekvämt läge 5-7 min promenad från flertalet affärer, restauranger samt bussar som tar dig längre ut i Stockholms skärgård samt till Stockholm C på cirka 30 minuter. Vi erbjuder också tillgång till spabad mot extra kostnad!

Your “tree-house” is a modern open plan new architecturally designed studio built on a stunning 2,000 square meter very private section which runs down to a fresh water private beach. The property enjoys all day sun and ends with a wonderful sunset on the beach. You have a private beach for an early morning swim as well as the last thing for the evening. Not more than 500 meters from the house you have access to Baltic sea with a board walk on the ocean and two beaches for swimming.

Mysigt litet hus, sjöutsikt och skogstomt, Värmdö

Ett charmigt litet hus byggt 1924, ett av Kolviks första. En fridfull plats med skogstomt, djurliv, sjöglimt från både fönster och terrass. Badbrygga och liten strand 300 meter från huset. Tar 10 minuter att gå till bussen som tar er till stan på 30 minuter. Här finns även mataffär och restauranger. Mölnvik köpcentrum ligger 10 minuter bort med bil/buss. Cykel kan lånas för att trampa upp till affären. Du kan även ta pendlarbåten till/från stan från Ålstäket, 5 minuter bort med bil.

The apartment building has its own pier where you can swim or rent a boat for a trip in the archipelago. In Gustavsberg, four kilometers from the house, there are restaurants, grocery stores, and fun activities for the whole family. So it is just to pack your bags and travel to this wonderful apartment to relax and enjoy a fantastic stay in Stockholm.

Fridge, Water boiler, Coffee Press, Cutlery, Glasses, Mugs etc. Please note: NO FULL Kitchen.. but a Chef Plus Microw/oven. Also, in season, an outdoor grill, seating chairs & a table.
