Sweet small apartment close to all you need for good and quality vacation. We are located in nice and peaceful neighborhood. Apartment is private and located 3 km from city beach and town center, and 2 km from Lake Prokljan. Krka National Park is 10 km from apartment, and one of most beautiful parts of Croatian sea coast is only 15 minutes car drive away. We also rent kayak, so adventure lovers are welcome. In front of apartment there is bakery and local supermarket.

The 1-room apartment with air conditioning is on the ground floor and is cozy and small (approx. 20 sqm), functionally furnished, for max. 2 people! The studio was extensively renovated in spring 2023 and is simple but equipped with everything you need. It is quietly located and can be reached via a separate entrance (with a small terrace) in the rear garden of our holiday home. The patio and loungers are available to apartment guests for eating and relaxing.

The apartment is located in a house with 4 apartments and a 1200 m2 garden with an olive grove and a children's outdoor playground. The host is staying in the house. The pool is used by all guests. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building. The nearest beach is 400 m away, 6 min walk, à itself city center 10 min walk. Lidl, Kaufland, Plodine are 2 km away.
