Das Steinhaus war einfach traumhaft! Besonders begeistert waren wir vom absolut privaten und uneinsichtigen Pool – perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Ruhe in der Umgebung war genau das, was wir gebraucht haben. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und die Unterkunft direkt an Freunde und Familie weiterempfohlen. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die Erholung und Privatsphäre suchen!

Cannot recommend this place highly enough, we stayed for a week at the end of May and had a fantastic holiday. The weather was lovely and it was fantastic to have the pool which was cool this time of year, and having the sauna and hot tub to warm up in again was fantastic. The pool is shared, for our stay the apartment adjacent wasn't occupied so we had it to ourselves, there are plenty of loungers and space so sharing would be easy. Our kids (aged 4 and 7) had such a great time between the pool, trampoline, toys and playground it was lovely to spend relaxing days at the house. There is a local bakery van visits daily with fresh tasty bread. The area is lovely to explore, would recommend having a car - we visited plitvice national park (highly recommended- stunning!), Zadar old town for sunsets and pakostane beach. Antonia is such a thoughtful host, we were greeted at the property and she had provided a platter of local cheese, fruit and cured meats with local wine which was great.

Ich hatte das große Glück, einige Tage in dieser wunderschönen Villa verbringen zu dürfen und ich bin restlos begeistert! Schon der erste Schritt in die Villa war ein echtes Highlight: alles war unglaublich sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und man hat sich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an Matteo, der wirklich an alles gedacht hat. Die Villa war komplett ausgestattet man hätte nichts von zu Hause mitbringen müssen. Ich hatte zwar ein paar Dinge dabei, aber das war im Nachhinein völlig überflüssig. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Matteo war außerdem jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich sofort um alles gekümmert, wenn man etwas gebraucht hat. So eine Gastfreundschaft erlebt man selten! Ich kann diese Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Es war ein unvergesslich schöner Aufenthalt gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr schön. Katharina war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Meer liegt zu Fuß 2 Minuten entfernt und befindet sich direkt neben einem tollen Restaurant. Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub. Vielen Dank!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Martin! Bereits am ersten Tag wurden wir herzlich mit einer Etagere voller Fleisch, Schinken, Käse, frischem Brot und Donuts begrüßt – eine tolle Geste, die uns sofort das Gefühl gab, willkommen zu sein. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr groß und perfekt für einen Aufenthalt mit vier Personen. Besonders schön fanden wir die Möglichkeit, in einem Raum zu kochen und im anderen zu essen, was uns ein unglaublich heimisches Gefühl vermittelt hat. Für Grillfans steht auch ein Outdoorgrill bereit, den wir gerne genutzt haben. Einkaufen ist ganz unkompliziert im benachbarten Ort Benkovac möglich, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht. Zusätzlich hatten wir ausreichend Möglichkeiten, uns nachmittags auf dem Gelände zu beschäftigen, denn es gibt einen kleinen Minigolfplatz, eine Dartscheibe, einen Tischkicker sowie einen erfrischenden Pool, die für viel Spaß und Abwechslung gesorgt haben. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft von Martin nur empfehlen!

Sehr nett eingerichtet, super Gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit, in der näheren Umgebung gibt es nichts, vieles in 10-15 min fahrt erreichbar, Haus ist sehr klein (wirkt auf den Bildern deutlich größer) und die Schlafmöglichkeiten nicht sehr angenehm, Angaben zum Standort waren nicht korrekt

Everything was wonderful! I loved how clean the home was and how responsive Lina-Natalia was when we needed something. It was great how close the home was to town so we could walk to things. We hope to come again someday.

Jerko was a great host who gave us lots of tips for the local area. We stayed across two of his apartments for dimensions festival and it was in a great location on 20 minutes walk away. The apartments were clean and tidy and we would definitely stay again. The only things we found we were missing was an oven or a toaster as the apartments only had electric hobs but we made it work. Thanks again for a great stay Jerko!

The little stone house was a charm! It feels off the grid, even thought the next supermarket is located 5min by car, the ocean maybe 10min. You can enjoy the silence as well as a beautiful night sky, while chilling on the Veranda and making BBQ.I enjoyed every moment in this little paradise. Would definitely come again and recommend it to anyone who does enjoy a simple yet charming accommodation like this.

Pobyt u Hosta był wspaniały. Luka i Neno to gospodarze, u których pobyt to czysta przyjemność. Są bardzo responsywni i szybko odpisują na wiadomości, do tego są pomocni i bardzo im zależy, aby goście czuli się dobrze. Mieszkanie jest perfekcyjnie czyste — za to ogromny plus. W okolicy jest też bardzo dużo miejsc spacerowych. Bardzo polecam zatrzymać się u nich podczas pobytu w okolicy.

Beautiful apartment right by the seaside in Tosni. The furniture is actually more modern than on the photos. The apartment is quite big for 2 persons and the kitchen very well equipped. We loved the terrace facing the seaside and with a big barbecue oven and private parking. The terrace has sun almost all day and albeit the area being quiet, it's a good spot for daily tours to Zadar or Krka. Highly recommended.

We had the best time in Tisno! Great communication with Jure and lovely apartment! We even got a welcome beer from Jure his parents, So nice! The balacony was especially amazing!! We would come again for sure. Thank you Jure!

Magdalena war immer sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar. Ihr Vater war auch oft da und ist ein sehr lieber Mann der immer hilfsbereit war. Wir haben uns, trotz das wir kein Kroatisch sprechen konnten, immer sehr gut verstanden. Die Unterkunft war leicht zu finden. Man hat seine Privatsphäre. Der Poll war sehr groß, größer als wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und unsere Kinder hatten natürlich ihren Spaß. Danke für die schöne Zeit

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben nichts vermisst. Unsere Gastgeberin ist total lieb und hilfsbereit - besser geht es nicht. Der Ort Betina ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen, nicht so vom Tourismus geprägt Ein kleiner Hinweis: das Auto muss etwa 5 Minuten vom Haus entfernt geparkt werden - ist aber nicht weiter schlimm Fazit: sehr zu empfehlen

I warmly recommend Martina's apartment for anybody who wants to have a great holiday close to everything but far enough to be left alone as well. Easy walking distance to the village and beaches without the crowds! My dogs had a great time in the sea and the local woods! The apartment is well equipped and in super nice condition with all fits 'n' trims! Great AirCon!! We'll be back!

At our arrival the house was very clean and Bartol showed us immediately what needed. The house was very fresh regarding the use of air conditioner, there is all you need. The city center is just 5 minutes of walk from the house. The owner (Bartol) has always been very quick to reply and available for everything. The cuddly grey cat walking around the house is a big plus 😊

We had a really nice stay! The host was most welcome and accommodating, our flight came in late and was no problem to check in at a later time. The pictures doesnt give the accommodation justice it was much better irl! The area was really nice aswell with walking distance to everything, nice restaurants and placeses to buy drinks and food. Das war einer der besten Urlaube! Betina war für uns der perfekte Urlaubsort und die Unterkunft liegt Mitten am Hafen! Den Kaffee am Morgen kann man am Balkon mit Blick auf den Hauptplatz genießen. Zu Fuß erreicht man in ein paar Minuten einen netten Strand, in 5 min Entfernung mit dem Auto gibt es viele herrliche belebte und auch sehr ruhige Strände. Die Unterkunft ist genau wie auf den Fotos. Äußerst schön und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die zwei Bäder waren für uns sehr wesentlich und auch die waren sehr praktikabel und schön. Alexandra und Emil haben uns so nett empfangen und hatten gute Tipps für uns! Absolute Empfehlung. Gibt wirklich nichts, was nicht toll war :)

Odlična lokacija nedaleč od vrveža Šibenika. Z zasebno hiško, teraso, zasebnim jacuzzijem in deljenim bazenom, je to mirna lokacija za miren oddih v dvoje. Morje oziroma jezero je oddaljeno 30 metrov, vendar ni najbolj primerno za kopanje oziroma nima klasične plaže…se pa lahko okopate. En majhen minus so nadležne muhe in komarji, ampak tega smo vajeni tudi doma :).

We’ve had an amazing stay at Villa Vala. The outside area was beautiful and had multiple spots with a nice view to eat or just hang out. You can jump into the water right in front the house. There are multiple cute little villages within a 10 min drive. We can highly recommend this place and would love to come back someday!

Für uns perfekt gelegene nette Unterkunft mit toller Dachterrasse. 10 Minuten zu Fuß in eine schöne Badebucht und 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hafen. Das Haus ist ein traditionelles Steinhaus in der Nähe der Kirche. Es ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Damir ist immer erreichbar gewesen und Seine Eltern haben uns sehr unkompliziert die Schlüssel übergeben und alles gezeigt. Tipps von uns für einen schönen Urlaub: Die Bucht Chigrada Beach und dort die Pizzeria Lantana, auch am Abend zu empfehlen. Wenn eine Runde Billard oder Dart am Abend spielen will oder auch nur einen Drink zu Musik sucht: Caffe Bar Reful Essen gehen in Betina: Konoba Kanata ❤️

Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Zeit im Apartment Eva. Die kleine Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön gelegen und hat eine wahnsinnig schöne Aussicht und viel Privatsphäre. Die Wohnung ist neu und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt, zum Meer sind es ein paar wenige Meter. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und hat uns herzlich empfangen. Auch die Nachbaren, die Eltern der Besitzer waren immer herzlich. Herzlichen Dank! Wir kommen wieder!
