The stay was great. From the airport to the property, you can quickly take the bus. In a few minutes, you will arrive at the beach. There are two cheap beach bars. You can also quickly walk to the center and you will find a variety of nice restaurants, bars and other small shops. The property offers great views of the city. The apartment is well equipped and perfect for a longer stay.

Great location with a wonderful host. Ivana was always there for questions or for just a talk. According to our kids, the dog and the cat were the big stars. They sometimes just visit the apartment for cuddles and Billy the dog joins you to the beach. Great place for kids with an amazing view. Short walk to the beach. An amazing ice cream shop in the village with a sea side terrace was our favorite place to stay when not at the apartment. We really recommend Vila Ana Karolina.

I can only recommend this lovely apartment. We were warmly welcomed by Marino who gave us the keys, took us inside and showed us everything that we needed to know. Apartment is exactly as shown on pictures, and having a private patio is a great plus for enjoying the sun from the morning. Marino was helpful with check out process as well and helped us in that aspect. I fully recommend this place if you want to enjoy Zadar in its fullest as Old Town is in walkable distance and Bolt taxi’s are also pretty affordable. Thank you again!

We have stayed in many rental apartments/villas over the years and this one is definitely at the top end of our list. The bedrooms are both a good size with comfy beds and lots of wardrobe and draw space with air conditioning. The kitchen is one of the best equipped we have ever had, the two shower rooms are well lit and have products for you to use, the lounge is very bright and airy and we used Netflix (with our own account). The self check in was simple as Gordana gave us the code before we arrived, and she messaged us to check everything was okay. We walked everywhere from the apartment as it is very close to the bridge across into the old town. Below the apartment is a supermarket with two others very close by.There are bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants a very short walk away, and the old town has many places to eat and drink. Zadar old town is very pretty and interesting and well worth a visit. Ignore the approach to the apartment as it is great inside.

I stayed at Iain And Joyce's place for about ten days in August. I would say everything is perfect, the location is beautiful directly on the sea in the private property of the residence so without cars or traffic you fully enjoy nature. The apartment is furnished in an essential way and is an added value for a vacation home, bright and spacious. There were three of us and the size was perfect. The terrace is magnificent for dining and seeing the beautiful sunsets. It is located inside a residence where you can enjoy all the services from the various restaurants to the market. Contact with the hosts despite not being on site has always been immediate. The only drawback is that it's so relaxing that the urge to move around the location is so relaxing. Super Recommended !

Such a great spot right in Old Town. Everything near by worth seeing is walkable and all restaurants and cafes were within walking distance as well. Quaint little place with amazing host! Would 100% stay again!

We stayed in Mijo’s apartment for 6 nights and it was great experience .The apartment is really new and well furnished with everything you may need for even long stays. You can enjoy breathtaking sea views from the balcony. In just a few minutes from the apartment you will find calm beach with pines and boat to Trogir old town. Mijo is a great host and really responsible person. He gave us clear instructions on how to get to the apartment and treated us as his friends. He provided a travel cot and a high chair for our baby. I hope we come back again for longer period.

My cousin and I loved our stay! We felt right at the heart of Šibenek and were only minutes from shops, restaurants, historical sights, and the waterfront. One has to be able to walk stairs when staying in Old Town, but around every corner was a lovely surprise. A great photo-op town! Pikova’s place was a perfect place to stay during our visit. She was also very helpful, responsive and kind.

The place was nice, with everything we needed. The bed was good, a nice shower and nice to have an airco! The kitchen had everything we needed. On top of that all was the garden super! Specious, quit en has a nice bbq place! Loved it en most definately would come back!

The flat was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped! It’s a bit further from the Old Town, but still within easy walking distance, and there are shops nearby for convenience. Luka was very friendly and welcoming, and his dog was absolutely lovely!

We really enjoyed out stay at the apartment. Place was like in the pictures, even the weather was the same. :)

We got a very warm welcome. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Everything worked. We didn’t need to contact Petra during our stay as everything was provided. The terrace was very private, spacious and with beautiful views day and night. The beach and shop are 3-5 minute walk away stocking most items. If you don’t have a car, we decided not to hire, use Uber, super cheap. The 42 bus seems to run only week days in the winter and stops at the shop, again very cheap. So glad we stayed here, would stay again.

I would recommend the place to anyone and book again anytime. You are actually right on the beach, it's a maximum of 2 minutes walk. Nearby is the promenade at the beach bars and restaurants, you could also bring dogs everywhere. Price-performance was great

Spacious apartment with a view. The rooms where cozy and clean. the kitchen has all the amenities you need, and the host left some drinks for our first stay. The location is very beautiful, 20-30 mins walk to the city center, right at the sea side. There is a small grocery store right on the corner and a tasty pizzeria 10 mins away. The host was friendly and gave us some local tips on what to visit. Very responsive. I would come back again!

Luka's place was even better than we expected - the Airbnb was spacious, modern and the rooftop deck was huge and had a view of Zadar old town! We walked into old town in less than 1/2h, used the secure underground parking and has a great time in the place.

The host was great. Every day, she prepared a hospitality for us to make the weather pleasant. There was food in the fridge when we arrived. The apartment was clean and cozy in a quiet place really close to the beach. Thank you so much for everything Helena

A great apartment for 5 guests. We were given a welcome by the host's daughter who showed us everything we needed. Everything was clean, tidy and spacious. The outside seating and dining areas were perfect and the shared pool was the highlight (we were all sad to leave it behind!). If you have a car, as we did, the location is fine (7 or 8 minutes drive from the old town car parks) but it would have been a long walk without a car. Highly recommended!

This is an exceptional apartment, split over two levels with first floor bedroom and bathrooms and living and kitchen space above, leading to a large balcony. Yes it is set on a hillside and yes the pathways up from the beach are steep, but the view of the whole bay made the climb worth the effort. The apartment is very modern and bathrooms spotless. The pool is a decent size and whenever we were using it we had it to ourselves. Apartment comes complete with James Bond style hatch opening to the rooftop! There was a mix up with check-in but the owner quickly responded to the message on Airbnb and got it sorted. The apartment is possibly the best equipped we have stayed in with plenty of crockery and utensils and chopping boards etc and plentiful supplies of toilet rolls, linen, towels (for bathrooms and for pool). Driving and parking can be challenging. We will miss our evening BBQs on the balcony watching activity on the water and the sun setting. Book now, you won't be disappointed

Spotlessly clean, modern apartment. Marija was a wonderful host who replied quickly to any query we had, she allowed us to check in early which was hugely helpful and arranged a taxi for us from the airport. The apartment was spacious and well equipped with a fabulous coffee machine which a brilliant bonus!

Fabulous stay from start to finish. Greeted on arrival with a drink, a local map and lots of advice on where everything was. The pool a godsend in the heat, had it to ourselves most days. Local beaches, bars and restaurants. Quick trip across the water or Taxi to the Old Town. Very friendly and helpful host. Want to go back already!

Great place to stay to visit the Croatian coast. Preferably need a car if you want to get around to the national parks and cities but it's really centrally located so no long drives needed. If you're just into swimming, the beach is only a 5 minute walk away (and there's also the pool of course). Slavko and his wife also make delicious food to enjoy on the top-side terrace. Possibilities for boat trips, sight seeing, walking are endless. Really a place to recommend !

Snjezana was responsive and always ready to help! The shared pool was amazing and they’re cleaning it every morning.
