Our recent trip to Florida was made even better by our stay here! We absolutely loved how close we were to the ocean; it was such an easy walk, and the sounds of the waves from the cozy balcony were so relaxing. The condo itself was fantastic, especially the kitchen which had everything we could possibly need. The beds were also very comfortable and spotless. The only minor note was the water pressure, but it certainly didn't detract from our enjoyment. We also really appreciated the cute town nearby with all its diverse dining choices. A truly great vacation spot!

My family and myself just had a 5 night stay at the hideaway and had a fantastic time . We were skeptical when we booked as we normally stay ocean front but couldn’t be happier with our decision it gave us way more variety on our trip . Historical district with good restaurants and bars right at our doorstep . We had really nice bike rides to beach made it there in 15 minutes. Then having our own pool/outdoor area was very nice to wind down . The house was immaculate, clean , well thought out as we didn’t have to search for anything . Thank you for the life long memories 💚 we will return hopefully soon Thank you Jenny and Brad for everything

We stayed for the weekend of welcome to Rockville music festival. Sarah’s place provided the perfect retreat after long festival days. Everything was clean and the space was cozy and put us at ease. Any questions or inquiries were answered promptly. The nearby beachfront was an easy walk and provided a beautiful place for us to relax.

Instructions for check-in were given well in advance of us arriving. Everything was clearly laid out and the place was in beautiful working condition that we never needed to reach out. Lots of beach gear provided that we never unloaded ours from the car. The 5 adults in our family had plenty of space to spread out and relax, and everything felt very homey. Throughout our week stay, we kept saying “when we stay here next time…”

Lovely NSB Pelican Beach Condo! 1BR (CA King Bed)

My husband and I had yet another wonderful 2 week stay in Michelle’s condo at the Pelican. The condo has everything we needed for our stay here and we absolutely love the beautiful view of the ocean(my happy place!) that you can see whether relaxing on the private balcony or sitting inside the open concept living space. The condo is situated in a perfect location. Flagler Avenue( lots of good restaurants and shops) is within walking distance of 20/25 minutes and there are so many other shops and restaurants just minutes away by car. Michelle is an extremely pleasant person to talk to and has always returned all of our calls right away if we had any questions. We enjoyed staying at her condo so much that we have booked yet again (our third time) and can’t wait to return! Thank you again Michelle for the use of your condo for our vacation to New Smyrna Beach!
