This 1st floor condo in The Southwind condominium complex is the most convenient & efficient vacation rental in all of New Smyrna Beach! Unit #102 is under new ownership with new fresh decor & a calm cool color palette for an updated & relaxing stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need to cook a full meal while enjoying the crystal clear ocean view. The master bedroom has a new king size bed & the guest bedroom has been updated with 2 queen beds. You will LOVE this condo!

The spacious living room includes a comfortable seating arrangement featuring a large blue couch, loveseat, and wicker chair. Large windows provide unobstructed views of the beach and ocean. A wooden coffee table sits centrally, and the inviting decor creates a relaxed atmosphere.
