This was a great space for our family of four. It was comfortable and private, and we still had access to conveniences like groceries nearby. We enjoyed our visit and would come again.

Jason was one of the most responsive hosts we have ever had. He answered whatever questions we had and immediately resolved minor issues like how to regulate the mini splits. The house has a nice view of the lake, and the separate deck amidst the trees offers some serenity. The lake is a great place for swimming too. We love to hike and there are wonderful trails within 15-40 minutes.

Great stay so homey and comfortable has everything we needed staying with two little girls ! Having laundry and kitchen made everything so convenient ! Close to so many things to do was the best vacation we’ve been on would definitely love to come back . Clean and organized everything was easy to find ! Great amenities pool ect !

Mile was a great and communicative host. The house is in an awesome location, the sounds of the Pemi river were very relaxing on the back deck. It slept my group of 8 comfortably with room to spare

We had a fantastic stay at Mercedes' home in Lincoln. Everything was spotless and well-prepared upon our arrival. The space was even larger than the photos suggested, providing plenty of room for our family. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus, making our stay even more comfortable. Mercedes was incredibly responsive and flexible, which was especially helpful with our little ones. The location was perfect—right in town and just a six-minute drive to Loon. The game room in the basement was a fantastic bonus that everyone enjoyed. Thank you, Mercedes, for a wonderful stay!

Right from the time we booked the reservation, Kristin communicated well with us. The check-in procedure was pretty accurately described. The house is beautiful, and the views are stunning. There were eight of us visiting, including our dog and Kristin was kind enough to get us a crate for a dog. She had all the necessary amenities stocked up. We love to stay there and we recommended to everybody, including families with pets and kids.

A great Airbnb stay!!! I enjoyed my stay at Jack and Eileen’s very much! The bed was super comfortable, the living room was great and had a tv with an excellent picture, and the walk-in shower was roomy and had plenty of hot water. The house heated up easily and was very cozy. Washer and dryer in the basement. Absolutely no complaints! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

My friend and I needed a night to escape traffic & the busy life. We had such a great experience here! It's in a great location, walking distance to the river. Super close to the covered bridge and waterfall. The rooms are clean and adorable, the yard is comfortable and the hot tub was perfection! We will be here again!

Our family got together here for a weekend and the place was wonderful. A beautifully restored grand Victorian house on a quiet street just a few minutes’ walk from the revitalized small town of Bethlehem. The garage game room was lots of fun, and we enjoyed sitting in the porch as well. Would highly recommend!

My family and I booked a winter getaway at Rob’s place, and would highly recommend to other guests! Rob was quick to respond with any inquiries and provided lots of helpful information/recommendations that made our stay that much more enjoyable. The space was clean and cozy, and stayed warm even in the NH cold! We would all stay here again and would refer other guests to this location.

My friends and I had an incredible stay at this home. Not only was the house incredible but the location was perfect. Peaceful but easy to access. Our host, Tim was excellent. He was proactive with his communication. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. All of the amenities were top of the line and the view from the back porch is hard to beat. We are very excited about the potential of heading back to this home next year. Incredible house, host and time all around.

The view alone deserves five stars! However the entire stay was above and beyond five stars. We absolutely loved this cabin. You can tell the owners put a lot of time, care and love into this place. One of the cleanest, well kept airbnbs we have stayed in. We love the Franconia/Littleton area, here you have absolute privacy while also close to restaurants and downtown. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. There is a trail right new at the airbnb! Beth was very responsive and sent us some great recommendations. We will definitely stay again! It’s the type of place where you’re torn between telling everyone you know how great it is or gate keeping so you have dibs!

Second timers to the lovely 1820 Farmhouse and it was just as wonderful as remembered. We stayed 3 nights for a large family ski trip and were delighted to find new things and unique moments within the house. Brigit and Steve were super response and unfailingly helpful. We cooked pretty much every meal at home and it was a breeze. Location is great and even our teens look forward to making the “Farmhouse Ski Trip” and annual affair. Thank you guys!! ❤️⛷️🎿

Absolutely beautiful home to celebrate my wife’s birthday in. Accommodated my whole family and everyone couldn’t believe how nice the house was. It was everything we expected and then some. This was the perfect family getaway for us. No shortage of our favorite activities… skiing, snow shoeing, fat biking - and easy access to Littleton for a bit of small town charm. The place itself was also very cozy with lots of thoughtful touches like extra toiletries and snacks, and of course the added bonus of a fire place.

Kelly's place was a perfect last minute location for an overnight. We wanted to be in between Plymouth and Bethlehem and this was PERFECT-right off the highway. My favorite part was the cozy bed nestled in a lofted upstairs....keep that in mind if you are very tall. It was great for us!! Thank you so much :)

We had a wonderful time at Bray Hill House. We skied Bretton Woods during the day but not before we had a relaxing breakfast in the house and looked out at the amazing views. The house is beautiful and peaceful. We had a lot of fun playing table tennis. Everything you could want was provided for and Israel was very responsive to our questions.

We recently stayed at this lovely home in New Hampshire, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience for my family and me. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how comfortable and well decorated the home was. The cleanliness of the home was impeccable. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the house, such as the well-stocked kitchen and the comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep for everyone. The location was perfect especially after snowfall. Our children had a fantastic time. Overall, our time at there was truly memorable. We stayed at Elena's home for a four day ski trip. Her place was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The big kitchen stocked with pots and pans allowed us to make several meals. And the drives to Bretton Woods and Loon were very easy. Would definitely stay again!

This was an amazing place to stay while enjoying the fall weather in Vermont. The location was very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by trees and across the road from the Connecticut River. Waterford itself doesn’t have much going on (which I liked!) but St. Johnsbury and Littleton are within 15-20min and have everything you need. The house was beautifully updated with all amenities needed for a comfortable autumn week, including a fully-equipped kitchen, laundry machines, fireplace, and a lovely screened porch + front deck to enjoy the weather. The bedrooms were comfortable and bright, I’d recommend bringing an eye mask since the windows didn’t have curtains. I loved the member-only area - it was worth the extra cost for the river access with private beach and boats/SUPs. I only went on my final day, but I wish I had spent every evening down on the dock by the river to watch the sunset! Overall I loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone looking for some peace and quiet
