We loved staying here! It was plenty private and was a perfect destination for a romantic weekend away!

A perfect getaway! My husband and I had such a relaxing time at this beautiful cabin. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, the space was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. Every little detail made it feel like home. Ashleigh was an incredible host, providing helpful information and even checking in to ensure we were enjoying our stay, which we truly appreciated. One of our favorite moments was unwinding in the hot tub, soaking in the peaceful surroundings. During our stay, an afternoon thunderstorm rolled in, and sitting on the screened-in front porch with a cup of coffee, watching the rain, was an unexpectedly serene experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better retreat, and we will definitely be back!

We had a lovely and relaxing stay. The cabin and surrounding property are beautiful, and Evangelyn was a wonderful host. If you’re looking for a peaceful, “home away from home” getaway, this is just the place.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. First time a place was even better than the photos. Private. Clean. So quiet. Comfortable. Everything we wanted plus ! Felt like we were millions of miles away and a short drive to all attractions. The kayaks, canoe, fire pit and hot tub were used and enjoyed. 3 nights - could’ve stayed way longer ! Don’t hesitate if you’re looking to relax, unwind and enjoy nature. Hands down our new favorite spot and can’t wait to go back ! John and Cassie were very responsive and excellent hosts !

We loved this cabin!! It is just as described. Very quiet and peaceful. Carly was very helpful with recommendations on the area restaurants and sights. She was very sweet and easy to talk to. Would highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and set in a beautiful location. Check-in was seamless, and communication with the host was friendly and easy throughout our trip. The nearby outlets were just a short drive away, and the river view was both stunning and incredibly peaceful. The landscaping was beautifully maintained, and the outdoor amenities really made the space feel special. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it! This was the perfect family get away that was still close to so many wonderful attractions. The hots were extremely responsive and helpful!

My husband and I had a truly relaxing weekend spending time at the cabin. Lots of space to stretch out and relax by the pellet stove. Friendly and accommodating hosts. Definitely the sort of place worth a repeat visit.

Loved every second of our stay here. The surroundings were peaceful and the amenities plentiful (for humans and dogs alike). Matt was extremely communicative and provided great local recommendations. Can’t wait to come back!

Winter Wonderland Retreat!!! Talia's place was AMAZING!!! We arrived during a snow storm and within a couple of hours the roads and the driveway were all cleared and plowed! The Cabin and trees were all cloaked in snow and it was warm and cozy inside!!! Our two doggos enjoyed exploring the woods and searching for signs of the deer family living nearby. There was a family with young deer and they slept under the pine trees in the back woods. :) They also enjoyed their strolls down the driveway and along the quiet neighborhood roads. :) The night sky was UNBELIEVABLE!!! I did not realize there were so many stars in the night sky!! :) The cabin is very close to Pleasant Mountain, which is a beautiful place to ski! :) The Cabin had everything we needed!! We are looking forward to our next retreat already!! Talia was awesome! She was very helpful and responsive. We loved our stay!! Thank you for everything, Talia!! :)

We had such a cozy and memorable stay! The location was perfect—just a 10 min walk to the town forest park, which our pup absolutely loved. The hosts really went above and beyond with thoughtful touches like dog treats, robes, and even maple syrup and pancake mix in the kitchen. Mornings by the fire with pancakes and coffee were a dream. The space was clean, comfortable, and felt like a true home away from home. Highly recommend this spot, especially for dog owners and nature lovers!

Our stay was wonderful at the cabin. The cabin was clean and centrally located to winter activities. Andrea was very responsive. Cant wait to go back again

My wife and I stayed with our two dogs for 8 days at Jennifer’s cabin. We were looking to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city and Jennifer’s cabin helped us accomplish just that. The cabin is in a very private location with no neighbors in a peaceful setting. The cabin had plenty of space for our dogs to lounge around and play in the yard. The river is just steps from the front of the house. Every morning it was nice to get up and have coffee on the deck while listening to the river and then walk to the trails nearby to hike with our dogs. We would definitely stay here again. 10 out of 10!

Cute place, great for a quick weekend away. Andrew was quick to respond to any questions. Unfortunately it was a rather wet weekend so I didn't get to explore as much as I'd hoped, but we did make it to the lookout and it was a beautiful view!

Hands down, Emily was the best host I’ve ever had. Every recommendation was spot on. From fantastic wine tasting, to farm to table food, quiet hikes and cute boutiques. The cabin was cozy and filled with original art. From flash lights, to fresh wood- we wanted for nothing. And if you aren’t indulging in a sunrise kayak and sunset s’more, why did you even come to the Writers Cabin?! Seriously perfectly romantic getaway. Portland is just a scenic hours drive away. And don’t forget to check out the free little library. It’s stuffed with great reads for rainy days. 10/10 would rent again.

My stay at Wander Inn was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived, the unbelievable warmth and attention to detail made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I could possibly need. Meg’s communication was flawless; she was quick to respond and checked in just enough to ensure I had everything without ever intruding. The location was perfect-quiet and peaceful, yet close to town for easy access to grocery & take out options a like. Great stay, Highly reccomended.

Our stay at Robert and Ica's cabin was absolutely perfect. In-person the cabin looks exactly as it does in the photos (the wall of windows is STUNNING). I could not get over how clean it was. It felt so welcoming and incredibly peaceful. Robert and Ica were super easy to communicate with and we took many of their dinning recommendations! We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a serene, dog-friendly getaway.

We had a great time in Bethlehem at Michael's place! The cabin is spacious, super clean, comfortable, and has everything you will need for your trip. We had 4 guests and enjoyed having 2 comfortable bedrooms and 2 spacious bathrooms. The kitchen and indoor dining area are perfect, have what you will need to cook, and a great view! We liked the living area upstairs free of TV to enjoy the nice views. Downstairs there is a TV room, office, and bedroom which we liked for the separate spaces. The outdoor deck and fire pit area is perfect for sunset and your morning coffee. We enjoyed going to Bethlehem and Littleton for restaurants and found the 10-12 min drive super easy. Michael was super responsive and brought over fire starter supplies during our stay once the rain let up. We will definitely be back as there is plenty to do in Bethlehem/Franconia Notch in all four seasons and will try to stay at Michael's place again! Highly recommend.

Beautiful setting, nicely decorated and comfy furniture. Loved Reklis Brewing and Super Secret Ice Cream. Went to each place 3x. Close to great hiking. Visited the Flume Gorge and Cannon mountain tram. Great getaway with lots of small town charm and amenities.

Loved my MONTH long stay at this adorable A-frame cabin. I came up seeking a change of scenery near the mountains while I worked remote with my pup. Location was perfect! So close to so many trails. I love the Zealand area. The little Christmas tree farm down the road was such a cute surprise… I walked my dog there almost daily. It was such a wonderful retreat. Highly recommend staying here.

We had the most wonderful few days at the cabin and honestly, the pictures do not do it justice! It was spotlessly clean, the beds were super comfy, we had everything we needed and it had some unique, quirky features. The location was really good, not too far where we wanted to go and you felt like you were right in the middle of nature. If you want to get away from it all this is the perfect place!

Went to visit a friend and had a great stay. The cabins are much bigger on the inside. We only stayed for the weekend, but found that there was plenty to do. The cabin is stocked with games. The lake behind us was warm enough to swim in May! Had it been a little warmer we have taken advantage of all the kayaks that they had on the property. The back porch was a perfect place to have a coffee in the morning and look over the water. The cabinet itself is cozy with sort of a half kitchen and a grill outside. We found it plenty spacious and opted to just stay in the cabin for the night rather than go out and spend money. It suited our needs perfectly and would definitely revisit at a later date.
