Located on the ground floor of a typical Bisontin building, this comfortable studio - completely renovated in 2018 - offers a premium quality sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with shower. In order to ensure a pleasant stay, the studio has all the amenities you could need in daily life (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, TV, bluetooth speaker, etc.). Double glazed wood window, dry inertia radiator. Its surface area is about 22 m2, perfect for a couple or lone traveler. At the foot of the Citadel, next to Castan Square, Porte Noire & Place Victor Hugo, its location is ideal. Transit and bike rental nearby. I am available for any additional information.

Nice studio in the Madeleine/Battant neighborhood

! No smoking allowed! Nice studio (renovated in January 2022) with its own bathroom and kitchenette, sleeping up to 4 people. The studio is located on Rue d'Arènes, on the 2nd floor overlooking the courtyard; a stone's throw from the swing bridge, a lively neighborhood in the center. The neighborhood is now limited and car access to our street is no longer possible. You have to park on the outskirts (see the car parks recommended below) and then walk a few minutes to our accommodation. Fiber via wifi.

Very bright rustic studio in old main residence in the city center with independent entrance to the courtyard, very quiet with views of the rooftops. Wi-Fi. Close to train station, tram, Vélocité, free parking... People looking for a new apartment, with immaculate white tiles, smooth surfaces and no personality, high-tech equipment and a TV, do not book this apartment! There are many books and carpets so if you are allergic to dust do not book!

Quiet apartment, WITH CAT. In inner courtyard

Nice old apartment and very quiet. With a little cat. View of the inner wooded courtyard. Small balcony. This apartment is where I usually live. The sofa is not convertible. I'll say it again, my cat, Minuit, lives in the apartment. She's affectionate and cuddly. This apartment is hers too! The code to the large wooden entrance porch on the street will be communicated to you upon arrival. Checkout by noon :)
