Nice studio in the Madeleine/Battant neighborhood

! No smoking allowed! Nice studio (renovated in January 2022) with its own bathroom and kitchenette, sleeping up to 4 people. The studio is located on Rue d'Arènes, on the 2nd floor overlooking the courtyard; a stone's throw from the swing bridge, a lively neighborhood in the center. The neighborhood is now limited and car access to our street is no longer possible. You have to park on the outskirts (see the car parks recommended below) and then walk a few minutes to our accommodation. Fiber via wifi.
