Monthly Rentals in Berwick

A great spot for a relaxing get away with the kids and dog. Near enough to everything in Dunedin to be easy, secluded enough to feel like a beach/countryside break. Comfy, warm, clean and well appointed.

We had a fantastic time staying at Stephanie's! Check-in was super easy, fantastic communication, the whole place was spotlessly clean, it was warm and the beds were comfy. The special touches of a welcome sign, wee treats on arrival plus continential items for breakfast were greatly appreciated. My daughter loved the bed was set up with little special touches just for her. Stephanie is great to chat to and we hope to be back again!

A real nice place to stay, specially if you have time to explore the grounds and gardens. Erin communicates really well and is very helpful. Good breakfast options were provided. A bit far from the Dunedin city but still convenient.

This is undoubtably one of the best Air BNB places we have stayed. We felt at home and spent many an hour sitting at the window with the fire crackling - nice glass of red in hand of course. not much more to say except WOW. Thank you to Angela and her family for sharing their place with us
