I loved the stay! The place is pleasant, cozy and perfect to be. It is close to the beach, and, in addition, it is possible to see other beaches in less than 20 minutes by car. Carlos and Leila are kind and polite people. I'll definitely be back more often.

Very spacious and cozy apartment, there were 6 of us and we were very comfortable. The kitchen is complete and equipped, we don't need to bring anything. The host and staff were super attentive and supported us at various times during our stay. I highly recommend this accommodation for those looking for a quiet and cozy place. We hope to return soon. We went on the extended holiday in April and arrived there and were surprised by the impeccable cleanliness, the house is beyond what you see in the photos, a very pleasant, quiet environment, we hired the housekeeper, Mrs. Rosângela, who was a lovely person, very kind, helpful, impeccable, we always arrived from the beach and the house was impeccable, extremely trustworthy !!! The house is close to the beach! My family and I loved the place and we'll definitely be back soon! Marlon was always very enlightening, always answering our questions and always responding quickly, congratulations on the house, for referring us to Rosângela ! We really liked it !

We stayed for 4 days in this wonderful house Even before the booking was confirmed, Cristiano had already helped me a lot, answering all my questions and helping me with everything I needed. Check-in and check-out were perfect with Da. Laucildes, very attentive, polite and helping with everything, making our stay easier. The house is PERFECT, very cozy and quiet. The common areas are integrated, making socializing perfect even with people doing different things at the same time. The condominium is very good, safe, beautiful, wooded and quiet. The rooms are great, the beds are also great and all with air-conditioning that works perfectly. The bathrooms are complete. The pool is a delight, always very clean, the pool attendant goes every morning to clean it, which guarantees perfect use. To conclude my review, this choice was a 1000 Congratulations to Cristiano

The stay at Evelyn's place was wonderful. Very close to the beach (5 minutes walk), all the windows and doors have a protective screen and the mattresses are excellent. The condominium is quiet and the pool is clean. The beach is super structured and quiet, in addition to the kiosks, has bathrooms, showers, sand volleyball courts and children's playground. Nearby there are markets, pharmacies, bakeries and leisure options. I'll definitely be back soon.

Valene's house is like being in paradise. Nice, comfortable, clean, it has everything we needed to spend a few days in Guaratuba, relaxed. Beach access is a dream, being able to enjoy the pool. All the spaces are comfortable and we took advantage of them. Valene is super willing to help with anything, from anything that comes up to giving information about the area. If God wants, we'll be back soon. We already knew Guaratuba, and I can say that Valene's house is in the best area of the beach, very quiet. And to get to the river, she lent us bicycles. Valene's house is definitely the best option in Guaratuba.

Beautiful house, brand new with everything good quality. Quiet and easy to access location. The only point is that the coffee filter and noodle drainer stand was missing. Otherwise the house has all the necessary accessories and everything of good quality. We had a question with the shutters that were quickly resolved. We'll be back for sure!

Pros next guests, attention only to the shots, as most are of the old model, with two pins. Maia was extremely friendly and attentive, supporting us with great agility and making our stay impeccable. The house, as he says in the ad, is a bit far from the beach, and the path to the best beach has a climb in the beginning. But you can go and get back on foot, no problem. The description was accurate. We came with 14 guests, and it fit us perfectly. We understood the aesthetic would be rustic, and the wood features stood out well. The pool area is an ideal spot for gatherings. The spa and pool could have been better prepared for use. We recommend updating some of the bare essentials, such as cookware, dishes, and bedding. If you use the space during colder seasons, heating options should be added to the rooms.

The home was charming and was really nice but the views and location are beyond description. I have seen very few properties around the world this beautiful. Words won’t do it justice so I’ll be brief . The only thing better was the staff. Juninho and Rosa are the best asset this property has and that’s saying a lot. We loved the house! Our stay was excellent! Spacious, comfortable and organized home! Everyone, especially children, loves a heated pool! Full kitchen, we didn't miss anything at all! The biggest differentials of the house are: ice machine, filtered drinking water (not having to buy mineral water is very good) heated pool and beach service with tent assembly! We felt a little lacking in a few more beach chairs to be made available, but everything worked out because we used the chairs from the beach huts! There are so many “attractions” in the house like videoke, ping pong table, pool slide that there was no time to enjoy everything! Didn't even have time to turn on the TV! Dayane is a great host, she responds quickly and is always very polite, she gave great tips and suggestions for everything! We will definitely return more often!

Beautiful house in a quiet condominium near Toque Pequeno beach. Perfect for groups of up to 8 people, with 4 spacious suites, full kitchen and private leisure area. Contact with Gildeci was very easy and she made us feel right at home. Recommended!
