House a few meters from Guaratuba beach, in a condominium with 24-hour security. Charming, newly renovated, with all new equipment and furniture. There are 3 en-suites with air-conditioning (2 on the ground floor and 1 on the upper floor), a living room, a kitchen integrated into the dining room, a covered outdoor area with a barbecue area and swimming pool, all amidst the Atlantic Forest. Guaratuba is a quiet beach even during high season, 2 hours from São Paulo and 7 km from Riviera de São Lourenço.
