From many places we've been, we haven't found people as caring and friendly as them. We were with a group of young people from the Church, and we intend to return to the Farm this year for new events.

AMAZING! We spent a PERFECT Carnival with family and friends. Thiago was EXTREMELY attentive from before checkin until after checkout. The house is exactly as it is in the pictures. Everything clean and neat. The house is equipped with cooking utensils and barbecue grill. Impeccaveis Moveis, otima decoration. The house is inside a condominium, we feel safe. We had an unforeseen event with a power outage in the region and Thiago supported us all the time, triggering the company and updating us promptly with the calls. We can't wait to get back to that paradise.

Very well-built farm, fully equipped kitchen, spacious spaces, the barbecue area is very nice and accommodates everyone comfortably, the pool is large, the rooms are comfortable and the air conditioning in all the rooms is a differential. Denis was very responsive in answering and clearing up our doubts, a 10 for everything.

A quiet and delightful place to rest with lots of greenery, the sound of the stream, a spacious balcony and privacy! We spent most of the time outside the house enjoying nature and at night it was still possible to warm up by the fire and relax in the (huge) hot tub that worked well. Leticia was very kind and attentive, responding to us quickly. We loved our stay!

From the beginning, host Fernanda was very helpful and attentive in communicating through the site. When we arrived in the house, we were greeted by the housekeeper José, also very attentive and kind. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable, and we didn't have any issues. The place is charming, better than in the photos. Having a bathroom in all the rooms makes all the difference. The place is very spacious and has a lot of things to do, and everything is very comfortable. Very cozy and beautiful house, super well cared for, with all the necessary utensils, the house was perfect. Very good gourmet area, with careful and beautiful pool and garden, contact with nature to rest your eyes. The house has air conditioning in all the rooms, it was all renovated and painted, finally a beautiful and very nice place. Very attentive owner and always responds quickly, answered all our questions and was very kind. The house is a bit further from the beach, but it's worth walking this little further. The way is quiet and quick, and the house comfortable and good makes up for this distance. For those who do not want to walk there, there is the possibility of stopping the car on the nearest street and taking the path on foot down to the beach. We recommend both Ana Paula and the house, and if we have the opportunity we will come back. It was very worth it, they were wonderful days in Guaratuba with children and family.

Large and spacious house as well as it shows in the photos, my family and I are very fond of the listing, not to mention that hosts respond very quickly and get any questions about the house…I recommend An improvement point would only illuminate the pool area outside more that only compliments the house and the environment.

The house is really like the pictures . Leandro responds super fast . We were greeted by the housekeepers who are very polite and helpful , they left us at home . We enjoyed it and would definitely come back again .

Cleaning the pool carried out during the stay. It has a family of 12 very well, and with plenty of space for everyone to take a leisure. The condominium beach address has everything, restaurant, bakery, market, pharmacy, emergency room.... not to mention the safety of the place. (No need to leave the condominium) We'll definitely be back!
