Quiet residential area of Dubuque. I live upstairs with my dog.

Grandma's Guest House is conveniently located just off of Hwy 151 in Cascade between the high school and care center. Within walking distance from downtown where you will find shopping and restaurants. Well maintained one level home to fit your needs. 3 bedrooms that include 1 king size, 1 queen size and 1 full size bed. Full bath with walk-in shower. Full kitchen and large dining area. Comfortable living room with TV. Half bath with washer and dryer for your convenience. Off street parking.

Relax and enjoy time together at Creekside. The cottage is a picturesque spot for one or two guests or for groups up to 6. Extra guest charge is $20 per person after 2. Located on our farm only 15 minutes from downtown Dubuque and the Mississippi Riverfront. Explore the woods, fields, and creek on our farm. Visit the animals. You’ll also find that Farley Speedway and Tristate Raceway are minutes away. Nature awaits!!

Situated alongside the Mississippi River, wildlife abounds in every season. With eagles nesting nearby, there is always something new to see from the beautiful sunrises, cruise ships passing by, and watching the commerce of the barges and railroad right out the front window! This home has been recently refurbished and sits at the edge of our 15 acres. You can see us and visit with us if you like, or you can maintain privacy 10 acres away!
