The bright, newly renovated and newly equipped apartment (90 m²) is located on the first floor of the house that we live in ourselves. There are two separate bedrooms. In the living room, a sofa bed can be used by two people. In the spacious, fully equipped kitchen overlooking the garden, nothing stands in the way of a shared breakfast with six people. Wi-Fi and a large TV (46 inches) are provided. Coffee and tea are available free of charge for the first day.

The stay at the specified apartment made us all very satisfied as guests. Everything was as described in the ad text. One exception was the built-in oven. However, we did not need this anyway. The location was also convincing, nicely central in the Bermuda triangle and yet relatively quiet. Overall, we had a really great stay.

The compact kitchen features light wood cabinetry with simple handles. Two electric burners are positioned on the counter beside a wooden cutting board. An electric kettle is displayed next to a small potted plant, contributing to the practicality of the space.

The apartment was clean and nice, and it was easy to find. It was also nice in terms of location, it was 15 minutes on foot to Bochum Hbf.

I immediately felt comfortable in the apartment. I could always ask Anna-Lena something, she answered immediately and overall communication was great! I especially liked her selection of cups! I'd love to come back😇

Despite technical problems at check-in, the stay was great. The apartment has everything you need and is in a prime location. Alex was also easily reachable by phone and super friendly. Gladly come again.
