Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

During my son's studies, I offer his apartment to solo travelers or couples, from 2 nights without a pet. The apartment is on the 3rd floor in a quiet, detached, 3-family house, surrounded by lots of nature, birds & garden with excellent public transport connections and good parking and shopping facilities. It should be noted that it could be uncomfortable for people over 190 cm tall in the bathroom. 2 cats in the house, cat allergy sufferers, beware!

You can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and public transport within walking distance, the beautiful Westpark is just around the corner!
