We had a wonderful stay at the apartment Seeliebe and can absolutely recommend it! Everything was very clean, stylishly decorated and perfect for relaxing. The quiet location immediately provides relaxation. We found the fair prices of the mini-bar to be particularly positive – a great addition! Of course, because the hot tub and sauna too. The contact was friendly and straightforward. I'm sure we'll be back! Best regards

Apartment matches the pictures and is very clean and cozy! We felt like at home. Immenstaad is also a good starting point and a small but fine town.

The place was very spacious for two people, it has an amazing view of rhe Constance area & the lake from rooftop balcony which also has a hot tub-it was a great addition and we used it every day. The location is good and easy to access the main locations on foot, is about 20 mins walk to the lake so if this is a problem for you then maybe look to stay closer. The circular stairs to the upper level are tight but ok, just remember to watch your head as i am 6 foot plus and hit it a few times! The unit was fully equipped plus light & bright. The upstairs bedroom did get hot (in summer) but was ok, the bed is big and very comfortable. There was a wine fridge with drinks for purchase which was a nice touch. Overall the place was very much as described & as per the pictures, and the hosts were proactive and very responsive. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others

We booked the accommodation for three nights and were very satisfied with the living ambience, the amenities and the cleanliness of the apartment. The apartment corresponds exactly to the pictures in the advertisement and is furnished to a high standard. There is plenty of space for two people. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. The location was a bit off the beaten path in the middle of orchards, very ideal for those seeking tranquility. To Friedrichshafen (the nearest place on the lake) you have to ride a bike for about 30 minutes. We took beautiful bike rides every day with our e-bikes. At Lake Constance, there are very nice bike routes and many restaurants and cafes to stop at. Sarah was always within easy reach for us. We thought it was a shame that we couldn't charge our e-bikes outside at the carport. Charging the battery in the apartment was possible, but with permanently integrated batteries, there was no way to charge outside. A bicycle cellar with access to electricity would be ideal.

The house is ideal for 2-3 people and is located on a quiet street. From the terrace, you have a beautiful wide view of meadows and trees. Everything was very well maintained and clean. It is great that there are toiletry and care products as well as cleaning products in sufficient quantity and even a "minibar" is offered if you arrive later or have forgotten something. The carport offers so much space that you can also park bicycles. A great base to explore Ravensburg, Bald Waldsee, Bad Wurzach, etc. Communication with Manuel was flawless and super fast. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful time in the Bijouhaus (2 adults, 4 children). The Bijouhaus was clean, fresh, bright and immediately created a feel-good atmosphere for us. Many leisure activities are quickly and easily accessible by car. The best strawberries of all time are available in the farm shop (5 minutes' walking distance) :) Andrea responded quickly and personally to any concerns or questions. Awesome place to stay! Thought Kreuzlingen is a little removed from Zurich or Lucerne, but the train is enjoyable and this house is worth it. Germany is a short bus ride or walk away, it was fun to experience this part of the country. We ran in to Mario several times walking, he is especially friendly and accommodating.

We had a fantastic stay and a real wow effect when we entered the house on the 3 floors. Everything is new and modern, super chic and sparkling clean. With a group of 8 adults, we had everything we needed and could even spontaneously have a barbecue. Carolin responded very quickly to messages and was extremely accommodating. I can 100% recommend staying here! :)

Very nice attic apartment, as described in the information, in an ideal environment. The old town is very easy to reach on foot and the surroundings offer everything you need. Both communication and check-in/ check-out were very straightforward. All in all highly recommended!

I had a wonderful time staying at Valerie and Tobi's place! The house was not only tastefully decorated, but also sparkling clean and equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Valerie and Tobi were very friendly and attentive hosts who were available for any questions and had helpful tips about the area. Right from the start, Janin was "eating good cherries"😁 - consistently likeable communication, helpful and generously accommodating when it comes to pre-check-in and very late checkout 🫶🏻 The house has everything and more we needed for a nice family weekend! The location is ideally suited for hikes from the house. We come back to everyday life

Had a lovely stay at Udo’s apartment. We are two adults with two late teen boys and found the apartment suited us perfectly. Very comfortable, clean accommodation with lots of amenities. Well located very near to the lake side with swimming pool, restaurants etc. Also walking distance to very nice lakeside bar. Host was extremely helpful and communicative. Would have no hesitation recommending this accommodation for a family vacation.

Large apartment that is well furnished with a kitchen, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The neighbourhood is also very quiet - all we could hear were birds chirping. We also appreciated the clear instructions given by Raphael and Dianna. Overall, this is a perfect place to stay if you want to explore the Appenzell region!

The apartment is great. Unfortunately, I was not well on arrival (we were only passing through on our way home) and then decided to drive home :-( Nevertheless, everyone was very sweet and understanding.

We booked to spend a weekend with friends. Thomas' accommodation is perfect, charming and well-equipped. It takes a little over ten minutes to walk to the center, but the place is quiet and the view of the lake is breathtaking.
