This beautiful little house is at times my working studio and at times it gives place to artists or non-artists who are looking for a quiet place to work or a quiet place to draw back or to come back to in the evening! It is a walk-down studio, which is very light because of the skylight in the middle of the room. Cafés, restaurants, stores and supermarkeds are all around. Public transportation is great and in walking distance. Coming out of the quiet backyard, the streets are very lifely.

Gekommen um zu bleiben.

Das Ferienhaus in Berlin wurde 2020 innerhalb von nur sieben Monaten mit der Unterstützung des Trend-Architekten Jürgen Krüger komplett überarbeitet und neu gestaltet! In den ca. 130qm können bis zu 10 Personen auf zwei Etagen übernachten. Das gesamte Haus hat in jedem Wohn- und Schlafzimmer eine separate Klimaanlage, WiFi & TV-Sat. Wir hoffen, dass wir mit den Umbauten einen gemütlichen und warmen Einrichtungsstil gefunden haben und das für Groß und Klein was mit dabei ist!

Mit der S-Bahn ist man schnell in der City. Das Ferienhaus verfügt über 2 separate Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und hat zusätzlich auch noch im Wohnzimmer eine Schlafcouch. Wir haben auch Spiele und Kinderzubehör. Im Hofgarten kann man gemeinsam grillen (Gasgrill und Gartenmöbel).
