Vacation rentals with a patio in Berlin/Brandenburg Metropolitan Region

Helena and Lau's place was so clean and beautiful. I loved the living room, the large windows in the bedroom, and the terrace. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer in the bathroom, so I could do laundry during a long trip. At first, there was a bit of a problem with the wifi, but even though it was late at night, I contacted them, and they said it was okay, and they came the next day to fix it, so I was thankful. I think it would be nice for couples or families with kids to come and stay. Grocery stores such as Rewe and Lidl are within a 5-minute walk, and the tram and S-Bahn station that go directly to Alexander Platz are right nearby, so it's perfect for going out to the main street. There are many restaurants and parks nearby, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Highly recommended! I want to stay again next time I come to Berlin.

Beautiful apartment full of character and soul. The views are incredible, especially from the amazing rooftop areas — perfect for a morning coffee or sunset wind-down. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, which we really appreciated, though it’s a bit of a walk to public transport. Overall, a lovely and relaxing stay in Berlin!

Beautiful place to stay and plenty of space of 6 people to comfortably live. Location is close to public transportation and greatly appreciate the host's for they extraordinary communication. They went above and beyond to meet our meets.

Highly recommend Mart’s place. It was lovely and cosy and filled with house plants. A great leafy neighbourhood with lots of bakeries and places to get coffee nearby. Mart was kind enough to allow us early check in a bit earlier on the day we arrived on an early flight as we were exhausted, very kind.

Had a great stay here. Location is fantastic. Very close to great bars, restaurants, and public transportation. Philipp was very communicative and would respond to questions and requests immediately. He also was able to allow us a later checkout time which was very convenient. Highly recommended!

We really liked the apartment. It has top-notch equipment. The contact with the host was very good. There was fast, very good and helpful communication. The location of the apartment offers a good starting point for excursions. Our conclusion is: highly recommended and we will be happy to come back.

We spent a week here as a group of 6 friends and had a fabulous time. The house was generous in size, well laid out and beautifully decorated and furnished. We made full use of the fantastic kitchen which had everything even a demanding cook might desire, and shared great meals in the gorgeous dining room (which can comfortably seat 10 or 12). Having two supermarkets (Aldi and another one) within 5 minutes walk was a real plus.) The three bathrooms were great and the beds very comfortable. (The 'toddler bed' is in fact a full size single bed.) Re location: it mostly took us close to an hour to travel by public transport to destinations in the centre, something to be mindful of. We'd warmly recommend this place for larger groups.

We spent a wonderful extended weekend in the house with 8 people and we didn't miss anything: great room, huge living room with fully equipped kitchen, great garden and sauna overlooking the countryside. We will be happy to come back!

We felt very comfortable immediately in this special accommodation. The cottage is in a very quiet street on the edge of a forest area and close to the lake. You first pass through a natural garden, where there are various resting places. The pallet chill-out corner right next to the entrance is particularly beautiful. Upon entering the cottage, you immediately land in the open living area, in the middle of which is the fireplace, for which a lot of wood is available. A steep small staircase leads to the upper sleeping area. Everything was very cozy and tastefully designed. We really enjoyed our stay, which was also helped by the sauna. We highly recommend the accommodation, but also point out that it would be advantageous to have a mobile support, as it is already a bit off the beaten track.

The property owner is very warm and pleasant, was available for any questions and very serviceable!

Amazing place to stay if you’re traveling by car to the Berlin area. The house has everything you need with a big garden around the house. The house has AC on the main and first floor. Nice shower and kitchen. It’s a 45 min drive to Berlin city center. There are two Netto supermarkets across the road one with a 350kwh ev charger. Parking is free across the road. There’s a shopping mall next to the village. A Tesla supercharger is 5-10 min drive from the place. Only point of attention for travelers is the stairs to the bedroom. It’s pretty small and a bit hard to manoeuvre when it’s dark and you want to get to the toilet on the main floor. Make sure to get some light because I banged my shoulder a couple of times because the flooring is extended a bit over the stairwell. All was well and we had a great stay.

Super nice contact with the host. Straightforward check-in, a slightly later check-out was also possible on request. The accommodation is very well equipped, everything you need for your stay and a super comfortable bed and a nice quiet terrace. We will be happy to come back for our next stay in Berlin!

I could not have been more delighted with my stay at Gérard's adorable flat. The location cannot be beat, just around the corner from Schönleinstraße U8, and with so much to do, see, and eat just outside the door. Gérard is a consummate host who gave me great local tips, and was so easy to communicate and coordinate with - he also very kindly helped me with my bag up all those stairs! The apartment itself is brighter and airier than the photos show. Even on some scorching hot Berlin days, it remained cool and pleasant with the windows popped. The patio is also a lovely extra. I will certainly be returning next time I am in Berlin!

The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. We really felt at home. We loved the location and found it easy to take the U Bahn or S Bahn everywhere. A great neighbourhood and quiet street. Definitely recommend.

We were truly captivated by the charm and vibrancy of the city, and we found that many attractions were easily walkable, making our exploration even more enjoyable. Our stay at Katrin and Ralf's was once again highly recommended. It was the second time we've been here, and it feels like home every time. The warm hospitality makes the stay special. This is a wonderful place to stay as a base for exploring all of the exciting things Berlin has to offer. The apartment was perfect for us, clean and with everything we needed. We loved the artwork on the walls and the balcony was perfect for our morning coffee. We also loved the extra little touches such as the extensive library and umbrellas on hand if it was raining. All in all we can recommend and hope to return in the future.
