Helena와 Lau의 숙소는 너무 깨끗하고 예뻤습니다. 거실과 안방의 큰창과 테라스가 너무 마음에 들었어요. 화장실에 세탁기 겸 건조기가 있어 장기여행 중간에 빨래도 할 수 있어서 너무 좋았어요. 처음에 wifi가 약간 문제가 있었는데 늦은 밤이었는데도 불구하고 연락했더니 괜찮다고 다음날에 바로 와서 고쳐주고 고마웠습니다. 커플이나 애기가 있는 가족이 와서 지내기 좋을 것 같아요. 근처에 Rewe, Lidl등 마트도 도보 5분 이내이고, Alexander Platz로 바로 가는 트램과 S반 역도 바로 근처에 있어 중심가로 나가기도 딱입니다. 주변에 레스토랑이나 공원도 많고 동네도 조용하고 안전해요. 강력 추천합니다! 다음에 베를린 오면 또 묵고 싶어요.

We had a very comfortable stay in the apartment for 3 nights for 3 adults. The neighbourhood has lots of cafes, small shops and bakeries which is great for breakfast. There is also a bus stop M41 which is close to apartment and very frequent which we found convenient. Jan and Julia were very responsive and helpful hosts.

Wir waren in Berlin, um auf ein Konzert zu gehen. Die Wohnung war hierfür optimal geeignet. Es war sauber, ruhig und top ausgestattet. Wiederholungsbedarf!

Ich hatte das große Vergnügen, in dieser wundervollen Unterkunft zu übernachten, und kann sie uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt: Nur eine Minute vom See entfernt, bietet sie schon morgens mit dem Kaffeebecher in der Hand die Möglichkeit, Kuckuck und andere Tiere in der Natur zu beobachten – ideal für alle, die Ruhe und Naturverbundenheit schätzen. Der Wintergarten ist ein echtes Highlight, liebevoll gestaltet und ein Ort der Entspannung und Inspiration. Die hochwertige Ausstattung sorgt für ein angenehmes Ambiente, das zum Verweilen einlädt. Besonders beeindruckend sind die Affirmationen an Wand und im Regal, die eine positive Stimmung verbreiten und den Aufenthalt noch bereichernder machen. Diese Unterkunft ist eine wahre Oase der Erholung, ideal für alle, die dem Alltag entfliehen möchten. Hier kann man neue Energie tanken, die Natur genießen und sich rundum wohlfühlen.

Had a great stay here. Location is fantastic. Very close to great bars, restaurants, and public transportation. Philipp was very communicative and would respond to questions and requests immediately. He also was able to allow us a later checkout time which was very convenient. Highly recommended!

Lovely apartment in Pankow, exactly as pictured with very nice area to sit outside. Also has a well stocked kitchen. Right on the M1 line, easy to access public transit, and a short walk to several grocery stores. Marcus was available for check in and always quickly responsive to questions.

Einfach super! Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel, ruhig gelegen und Anne und ihr Mann sind super Gastgeber. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt.

We spent a week here as a group of 6 friends and had a fabulous time. The house was generous in size, well laid out and beautifully decorated and furnished. We made full use of the fantastic kitchen which had everything even a demanding cook might desire, and shared great meals in the gorgeous dining room (which can comfortably seat 10 or 12). Having two supermarkets (Aldi and another one) within 5 minutes walk was a real plus.) The three bathrooms were great and the beds very comfortable. (The 'toddler bed' is in fact a full size single bed.) Re location: it mostly took us close to an hour to travel by public transport to destinations in the centre, something to be mindful of. We'd warmly recommend this place for larger groups.

Wir haben zu 8 ein wunderbares verlängertes Wochenende im Haus verbracht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt: Super Zimmer, riesiger Wohnraum mit vollständig ausgestatteter Küche, toller Garten und Sauna mit Blick ins Grüne. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser besonderen Unterkunft. Das Häuschen liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Straße am Rande eines Waldgebietes und mit Nähe zu dem See. Man durchschreitet erst einen naturbelassenen Garten, in dem diverse Ruheplätze vorhanden sind. Besonders schön ist die Paletten-Chill-Out- Ecke direkt neben dem Eingang. Beim Betreten des Häuschen landet man sogleich in dem offenen Wohnbereich, in dessen Mitte der Kamin steht, für den ordentlich viel Holz zurVerfügung steht. Über eine steile kleine Treppe gelangt man dann in den oberen Schlafbereich. Alles war sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, wozu u. a. auch die Saunanutzungsmöglichkeit beigetragen hat. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen, weisen aber auch darauf hin, dass es von Vorteil wäre, über einen fahrbaren Unterstützung zu verfügen, da sie sich schon etwas abseits befindet.

Die Unterkunft von Manfred war außerordentlich schön. Alles was man zum Leben im Urlaub in einem Haus benötigt war vorhanden. Es war sauber ordentlich und gemütlich. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Amazing place to stay if you’re traveling by car to the Berlin area. The house has everything you need with a big garden around the house. The house has AC on the main and first floor. Nice shower and kitchen. It’s a 45 min drive to Berlin city center. There are two Netto supermarkets across the road one with a 350kwh ev charger. Parking is free across the road. There’s a shopping mall next to the village. A Tesla supercharger is 5-10 min drive from the place. Only point of attention for travelers is the stairs to the bedroom. It’s pretty small and a bit hard to manoeuvre when it’s dark and you want to get to the toilet on the main floor. Make sure to get some light because I banged my shoulder a couple of times because the flooring is extended a bit over the stairwell. All was well and we had a great stay.

Super netter Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber. Unkomplizierter check-in, auf Nachfrage auch ein etwas späterer Checkout möglich gewesen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt und dazu ein super bequemes Bett und eine schöne ruhige Terrasse. Beim nächsten Berlin Aufenthalt sehr gerne wieder!

I could not have been more delighted with my stay at Gérard's adorable flat. The location cannot be beat, just around the corner from Schönleinstraße U8, and with so much to do, see, and eat just outside the door. Gérard is a consummate host who gave me great local tips, and was so easy to communicate and coordinate with - he also very kindly helped me with my bag up all those stairs! The apartment itself is brighter and airier than the photos show. Even on some scorching hot Berlin days, it remained cool and pleasant with the windows popped. The patio is also a lovely extra. I will certainly be returning next time I am in Berlin!

The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. We really felt at home. We loved the location and found it easy to take the U Bahn or S Bahn everywhere. A great neighbourhood and quiet street. Definitely recommend.

My wife and I recently embarked on a two-week adventure around Europe, starting with the beautiful city of Berlin. We were truly captivated by the charm and vibrancy of the city, and we found that many attractions were easily walkable, making our exploration even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Simon, who was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. His recommendations for places to visit were spot on, and we genuinely enjoyed every moment of our time in Berlin. We can't wait to return and experience more of what this amazing city has to offer. Unser Aufenthalt bei Katrin und Ralf war wieder einmal sehr empfehlenswert. Es war bereits das zweite Mal, dass wir hier waren, und es fühlt sich jedes Mal wie zuhause an. Die herzliche Gastfreundschaft machen den Aufenthalt Besonders. Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen und der schöne Balkon lädt zum Entspannen ein. Zudem ist die Anbindung an Berlin gut möglich. This is a wonderful place to stay as a base for exploring all of the exciting things Berlin has to offer. The apartment was perfect for us, clean and with everything we needed. We loved the artwork on the walls and the balcony was perfect for our morning coffee. We also loved the extra little touches such as the extensive library and umbrellas on hand if it was raining. All in all we can recommend and hope to return in the future.

As someone who has stayed at dozens of Airbnb’s, I can say that this was definitely in the top 1%. My husband and I stayed here for a month in May, and it was wonderful to “come home” every day to such a comfortable, pleasant and expansive space. In addition to the elegant and creative design, we loved the light and views over the rooftops. I slept like a baby on the super comfy bed, lounged on the comfy sofa, and worked comfortably at the large dining room table. Two large bathrooms were a luxury. A huge walk-in closet. Delightful rooftop patio. Well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is on a quiet and bright street, close to multiple forms of transportation, cafes, restaurants, and shopping (giant supermarket across the street). Easy to get anywhere. Our host, Eric, was extremely helpful, a font of information, and a delightful and charming human being. He was very responsive both before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again, not to speak of moving in forever!

This stay exceeded my expectations! The place was spotlessly clean, which made it feel super welcoming and comfortable from the start. The location turned out to be surprisingly great—quiet but still really convenient to get around. What really stood out was the community vibe—it had a warm, friendly feel that made the experience even better. Would definitely stay here again!
