Get a great night's rest before heading out on your Colorado adventure! Cook meals in a fully-equipped kitchenette. Utilize the spacious modern shower w/ dual shower heads. Stay in to work, write that blog, cozy up to watch a movie, or read a book. Parking is next to garage in back of house. Entrance is through back gate and backyard. Located across the street from the Regis University Campus, this neighborhood is quiet yet bustling. Take an easy 4-minute walk to the main street for breakfast at the bakery and cafe. Later, browse the antique store and visit the micro-brewery. RTD Bus stop located around the corner (2 min walking distance). In Walking distance of eateries, coffee shops, breweries, bars, & boutiques. Quick 7 min Drive or Lyft/Uber to Downtown Denver. Take Union Station RTD Light Rail to or from Denver International Airport. No Pet Policy is Strict. This home was built in the early 1900's and been remodeled and updated. The one flight of stairs to this basement bedroom are a narrower depth and taller than average stairs. There is one support beam with padding in the bedroom (shown in picture) of 5 ft. 7 in. clearance. The Airbnb hosts upstairs are available to answer any questions, resolve any issues, or provide any recommendations you may need during your stay.

Doug & Zuzu's place was so nice and they were so flexible. They allowed us an earlier check-in and were there to greet us and say hello and let us know if we needed anything to let them know. The place is perfect for a couple and very peaceful and relaxing. The view of the lake and mountains is so relaxing and we enjoyed the chairs by the lake.

Rebecca is a great host! I spent a great night there and the room was amazing. Would definitely stay again if visiting Denver next time.

VERY IMPRESSED. This was the first time my family and I used an Airbnb and we all approved!! I especially appreciate that this home was child friendly!! Also appreciated all the home extras. pans, silverware, shampoo, body wash, qtips, towels, toilet paper, ect. Definitely would return and recommend.
