Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Welkom op deze fijne plek, aan de prachtige Dorpsstraat van Zwaag, 2km van het centrum van Hoorn, 30 minuten boven Amsterdam. Dit verblijf heeft een eigen ingang, 3 airco's, 2 slaapkamers & uitzicht op groen. Wij, Vincent en Inge, wonen samen met onze 2 dochters aan de Dorpsstraat en zijn dol op onze moestuin & kippen. The holiday house is located on the North Holland Canal. The house is not very quiet, but cozy and centrally located to Alkmaar, Bergen and Schoorl. Very suitable for girlfriend clubs, bicycle clubs and families, who do not want to be in a holiday park. The house has many original details, which makes it atmospheric and characteristic. The house is connected to the owner's home, but there is plenty of privacy and a spacious private garden.

Lovely private cottage with spectacular views very near Amsterdam and the famous historic Zaansche Schans. The cottage is situated in the typical historic village Jisp and overlooks a nature reserve. Beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms. All to yourself. At the back, a spacious garden room with fireplace and next to it a private garden. You can heat the garden room with the fireplace. In winter, it may be too cold to sit there with just the fireplace. Bathroom has a 2-person bathtub and a double shower. The bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer. Wonderful apartment to stay completely on your own and enjoy the tranquility!
