House vacation rentals in Berkeley Springs

This is our second time staying at one of Laura's properties and each time has been terrific! What you see is what you get... a large fully functioning home with easy check-in, nice amenities, responsive host and easy check out! My family and I had a great time, thank you Laura!

Eric’s home is amazing!! We were a group of women celebrating 26 years of loving friendship, support and sisterhood. We could not have asked for a better home and location to create more memories in our shared journey together. From the unique features of Eric’s home to the fabulous location, everything was perfect! We decided to mostly cook at home. But not to be missed around town: a fabulously fun belly dancing class with Angela of Bellysima. Google her - she’s amazing! We decided to really embrace the experience and went home to Eric’s to cook a full Moroccan dinner! The historic Roman baths in the center of town. The view from Prospect Peak at sunset. And we were fortunate enough to inadvertently pick the weekend of the annual Fairie Festival which was a magical experience. We enjoyed the hot tub, the speakeasy - both of which were so fun to wind down the night and enjoy each other’s company. And appreciated that all bedrooms had en suite bathrooms. An amazing home!! Thank you!!

This is a gorgeous, well-maintained home in a beautiful location. Our group included a mixture of adults and kids from three different households. There was plenty of room for us all to gather in the living areas and also more than enough seating at the dining room table. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots, pans, and dishes and it had whatever we needed to churn out meals during our long-weekend visit. The back deck, which overlooks a breathtaking mountainous vista, is perhaps the most impressive part of the house. We enjoyed eating outside when the weather permitted and made use of the comfortable furniture to hang out and relax.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful riverfront home in Harpers Ferry! It was fully equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. The screened-in porch was our go-to spot for relaxing, and the hot tub was a highlight after long days of exploring. We also had so much fun with all the games provided—it made our group nights unforgettable. The house was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a peaceful location that let us truly unwind. A huge thank you to Morgan, who was super responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. She answered our messages quickly and gave us all the info we needed, making everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this place for a group getaway. We’re already planning our return trip!

We stayed as a family of four (2 young kids, 6 and 1) as a little family getaway. Things we loved: - Beautiful location - We loved the hot tub was super easy to use and quite large (fits 7 adults) - The whole deck area. Was wonderful being able to grill and use the outdoor table to eat dinner. - The inside of the house is spacious and clean, and the high ceilings and many windows really add to the appeal, bringing in a lot of natural light. - Ceiling fans - Well stocked kitchen Minor areas for improvement: - main kitchen table which functions like an island is quite wobbly. Might be because it’s raised up to accommodate stools instead of shorter chairs. Found that fairly irritating to eat on, especially considering how nice/sturdy everything else was - Entryway mats would be nice to help keep the place clean when we walk in (both front door and from the deck) Overall had an excellent time and would highly recommend The Barn!

Our stay was wonderful! The cabin and property were beautiful and perfect for our girl’s trip. Everything was clean and the home was well stocked. We highly recommend this cabin and the area. We will definitely be back in the future.

We used to stay in a place not too far from here in PA. It slowly lost its charm, so we ventured out. So glad we did! Excellent hosts! The details they paid attention to did not go unnoticed. A wonderful welcome basket, immaculate home, and plenty of extras. We will be back!

This house was absolutely perfect and if you are coming for the Civil War history, this is the place to stay! Not enough focus is on just how close this house is in relation to the Antietam Battlefield and the walking trails. The house was absolutely spotless and well laid out. The hot tub was a perfect way to rest and recover from our miles of hikes. Captain Benders Tavern is only about 3 minutes away in town and has a nice menu and food was delicious! And Harpers Ferry is only about a 25 minute drive. Just a word of advice, if you are planning on hiking, bring tick spray and as soon as you get back to the house, put your clothes in the dryer on high for 10 or 20 minutes and do a good body check. We brought SEVERAL ticks home with us... Yuck!

Perfect, charming, clean, orderly, quiet, & peaceful home away from home! Really, the pics don’t do it justice! The owners thought of everything to make it homey and relaxing - and we really appreciated that. Plus they were very responsive and helpful, too. Hubby, daughter & I brought our own stack of books to read, but we couldn’t help but read a few from the lovely library of books available in the home, too - which was a nice surprise. The screened in porch and nook in the master bedroom were perfect reading spots. :) Thank you to the owners for sharing your charming home! We loved our stay and will happily return next time we’re in need of a quiet, peaceful retreat to recharge our batteries!

Kim was a great host. Home was cozy and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful and serene.

The house was great. clean, lots of towels, loved the hot tub. There are two things I would point out. The steps to the upstairs are very hard for people with mobility issues but there are four bedrooms on first floor. There are two single steps on the first floor.

We had a wonderful stay! The cabin is exactly as pictured and the amenities are exactly as described. We particularly enjoyed the forest view from the large window and relaxing on the screened in porch. Worth the price!

Everyone enjoyed our stay here ! S’mores by the firepit, family games around the huge kitchen table and mornings rocking on the front porch rockers . We wished we could stay longer !!!

Travis’s place was exactly as described, and the perfect space for our extended family gathering. We felt right at home, and the area is so beautiful. All communication was prompt and helpful. We will definitely be back!

This is by far the best Airbnb experience I’ve had yet. Rana was extremely welcoming and responsive. We even left items and she messaged me to let me know and arranged to get them back to me. The home is immaculate, beautiful, charming, and had even more room than we anticipated. It was a perfect place for family dinner and game nights. I grew up in this area, so coming back is always fun, in addition to the handful of need to do things, like Creekside Market, Berkeley Springs State Park, Cacapon State Park, Lot 12 restaurant, The Naked Olive…. We had 8 people in our party and we were more than comfortable. I will 100% come back here!!

A very nice cabin in the woods. The location is not secluded, there are other cabins nearby. The woods between the houses give some privacy. The cabin is spacious, with three good sized bedrooms upstairs, and a living room and a dining area - kitchen on the main level. The hot tub was a big hit with the kids. There's also a gas grill on the back porch. For anyone into craft beer, I recommend Berkeley Spring Brewing Co. just 4 minutes drive from the cabin: really nice lunch and their own brews, and a nice atmosphere.

We instantly felt right at home at Bird Land for our girls trip! Eric was super accommodating and attentive. The house is very comfortable with a lot of historic charm. The sunny window bed and bird watching area are so beautiful and peaceful. Gorgeous stained glass windows. There is so much room to spread out! The basement bedroom(s) would be great for kids to have their own space. We had a great time and would love to come back.

We loved the weekend stay at Glenn’s house. The house was just as pictured and the surroundings even more beautiful with the river that is in the front of the property . Our family enjoyed sitting on the front deck watching the river and the beautiful birds in the woods . What a gem of location! Also the house itself was clean comfortable and totally updated, really nice . Thank you we would love to come back at some point!

Great stay for two nights. Dominic was very helpful and the place is the perfect getaway for ppl in the DMV area. So quiet and peaceful, close to some cool quaint towns and nice hikes. Definitely recommend!

Lovely spot out in the woods! It was super peaceful & great to be surrounded by nature! !The house was great! Super clean & had a great yard! Close enough to go do things in town too! Marie was very accommodating & helpful!

Our stay was absolutely beautiful and Sarah was very responsive. I didn’t want to deduct any stars, but it did smell like a smoke bomb throughout our stay. I don’t know if the previous tenants had a bonfire and just left the windows open or used the fireplace & didn’t know how to properly vent the smoke…But either way I think every Airbnb should invest in some type of air purifier for their guests in these situations. It was very hard to sleep in & hard to air out the house when it was raining. For parents, I would just keep in mind that the skylights are VERY Bright, even in the evenings and early morning. So if you’re planning to sleep your little ones upstairs or even in the master bedroom, it will Not be very dark depending on the time of year. I should have asked if the skylights had retractable covers before booking, but I didn’t even think of it. Other than these two minor notes, this house is a Must. The sun soaked sofa in the early morning is Divine in this peaceful getaway!

i really enjoyed, the stay. it was extremely peaceful and i slept like a baby. there wasn't much around without a good drive but im ok with that. im happy with the peace there is. the place was beautifully equipped and very homey. could use a grill but other than that it was perfect. thank you Cynthia i look forward to coming back.

Wonderful place within walking distance to everything. Very comfortable beds, great spots to relax, beautiful patio out back. Would definitely stay here again when we come back. Great snacks, too :)
