This was a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Gorgeous view overlooking the river! The place was well decorated and we loved listening to the rain on the skylights in the living room. The neighbors were a little closer than expected, but wasn’t really an issue. Power went out one night (area outage), and Alison was responsive and proactive to provide a location of various lamps and lights. We were already using the grill on the incredibly back deck, so we weren’t really inconvenienced by it. I do appreciate the host keeping us updated on power outage.

I absolutely loved staying at this cute cabin. The location is so tranquil. There was nothing better than waking up to the sounds of the birds and the whistling of the trees and the cool crisp air. It was the perfect getaway. Ian was such a great host! Very thorough and responsive. The house was exactly as pictured. I couldn't have asked for a better stay! I will definitely be coming back!

Beyond my expectations, would stay here again

Perfect for a weekend getaway (or longer). Very quiet and peaceful with beautiful surroundings. If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay with all the amenities, this is the place.

Place was amazing around the hot tub could had been clean from all the leaves . But all and all i will be returning tha k you daniel for a great experience!

Beautiful place me and my boyfriend came here for his birthday we had the best time! Brandi had the space nice and clean when we got there. She is has excellent response time and is very friendly. The cabin itself was amazing the view was incredible! being able to go out and kayak was amazing. The perfect get away for you and your partner! we will definitely be back!

Loved this cabin!!! It’s older than the ones in the area but is such an amazing steal for the cost!! Gorgeous wraparound porch and nice layout. It’s an older cabin in the middle of the woods so there’s some bugs but that’s what you sign up for in the woods. Really loved this place and would love to come back

The drive up into The Woods was beautiful(4x4 recommended 😄)& once we got into the community, we felt safe. When we walked into Cedar Loft we were welcomed by fresh baked cookies, snacks,& a sweet, hand written card.The cabin smelled like a cabin in the woods & was so cozy & warm. There was low music playing on the TV too which just all in all felt so warm & welcoming. I was with my mother, daughter, & niece-the girls slept in the loft which they absolutely loved. Everyone wanted to stay longer. Our purpose was to get away, relax& be in nature. That was definitely accomplished staying here. There were many throwback CD movies that brought me back to my childhood. We laughed& cried &really enjoyed that nostalgic touch. Everything was clean& comfortable, we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, being out by the fire pit& swimming at the pool. The cabin was stocked with everything you might need. Thank you for such a memorable stay. The journal was so special. There were tears on the way out.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house offered so many things for us to do as a family. We had such a good time playing darts, pingpong, board games, and hanging out around the fire pit. The Woods is our favorite place to go because of all the amenities. Highly recommend!

The Cabin on the Run was fantastic. It was spotless, I think the beds were the most comfortable beds I've slept in at an airbnb, my son (9 y/o) loved the toys upstairs, and the hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. The woods surrounding were absolutely beautiful, which we enjoyed walking through during the day, and relaxing on the comfortable sofa in the evening.

We had a fantastic one-night stay at this A-line house in the peaceful forest! The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep for our large family. We loved watching movies in the modern living room, which was cozy and inviting. In the morning, we enjoyed making breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed. The clean and serene environment made our short stay very comfortable. I also appreciated how the host clearly laid out all the rules and expectations for our stay and check-out. The cute pink door added a charming touch to the house, welcoming us right from the start. The house is an adventurous drive from the main roads, which added to the charm but might be a little scary for those who don’t like driving in the dark. We recommend this place for anyone looking to escape and relax, even for just a night!

This stay in Richard’s property was so relaxing and beautiful. We loved coming home from a day of exploring and being able to relax in the hot tub. We asked for a couple recommendations and they were all great choices. Richard and Rebecca were great hosts and we will stay with them in the future!!

We had a wonderful time! There were so many special touches around this beautiful home. The grounds around the house are beautiful and very private. Our dogs loved walking in the woods. Andrew and Amanda were wonderful to work with. We will definitely come back to this great property.

Perfect spot close enough to town but secluded and beautiful out in the woods. You can tell Katie put a lot of thought into the decor and amenities, we had everything we needed. Super comfortable bed too. We love the Berkeley Springs area and would definitely stay at the Redbird Haven again!

We had such a wonderful stay at Hawk’s Nest! It was exactly what we were looking for to have a quiet family getaway. The home was beautiful and the view was stunning. We had a couple of rainy days and it was so cool to watch the storms roll in over the landscape. Debbie and Steve were perfect hosts - they were always quick to respond and super friendly/thoughtful. Andrew’s place is a cozy, secluded retreat nestled within nature's embrace, offering an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Despite two days of rain, we enjoyed our trip! The sauna and hot tub are perfect ways to help you relax and destress, no matter what the weather. Inside, the space is warm and welcoming. Also, the beds, pillows, and linens are comfortable, making for a good nights sleep as well. This place is just what we needed. Thank you for hosting us!
