Guesthouse vacation rentals in Berkeley County

This Airbnb was simply outstanding in every way. Dave was proactive, helpful, gracious and gave clear arrival instructions. We loved the location, the decorations, and friendliness of Dave and family. They were helpful as needed and quick to give suggestions for great places to eat and things to do. My wife and I cannot rate Dave and this airbnb high enough. The rental was clean, had all necessary and even extra needed household and toiletry items. We had an outstanding experience in every way and would gladly stay here again for our next visit to the Charleston area. The location, one block away from Park Circle, was also safe and peaceful. We wish we could have stayed longer. We highly recommend this Airbnb!!

I travel a lot for work. I always look for peaceful places that feel safe and have beautiful surroundings (in the event that I get to enjoy them on a work trip). Mo was a clear and responsive host. Parking is so easy in this neighborhood. The space is even more spacious in person than I expected. Thanks, Mo!

Christopher was an amazing host. Everything about check in and our stay was well laid out and informative. The house was clean and suited our needs perfect. 20-25 minutes from everything we had planned on doing. We can’t wait to book again!

This was the cutest above garage studio. It is very well done, clean and comfortable. The property is very well maintained- we would definitely stay here again! The AC was not working properly when we arrived but Holly responded immediately and got it working. Highly recommend!!

Bonnie is super friendly and gave is great recommendations for dining spots. Her garden cabin is cozy, comfy, quiet, and she goes the extra mile in having all sorts of personal care items, water and snacks available. The place is very clean, the bed is comfortable, very nice linens and towels, and is decorated so cute. We especially loved waking up to the chirping birds enjoying her beautiful garden. We would definitely stay again!

Jessie and Robin were Great Host! A couple of problems came up that was unexpected and they were very quick to help fix the problems! Definitely will be staying in one of their places again! Great people!

Probably one of the nicest Air BnB’s we have ever stayed in! Beautifully decorated, comfy beds, spotless and large bathrooms. Thoughtful touches as well; coffee pods, snacks, and water were all provided. The grounds were beautifully landscaped as well with several outdoor sitting and relaxing areas. Our host lives on the grounds but did not intrude on our privacy in any way. We will definitely stay here again! I can’t recommend this property highly enough.

Holly’s place was Beautiful and clean. We had a wonderful time. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and more. I also appreciated her attention to details anticipating anything we might need. We would love to stay again. Thank you!!

It's clean and spacious. Ridgeville is a very nice small town. Darlene is incredibly kind and generous.

We could tell that a great deal of care and attention to detail was put into every part of the house. The extras, like the white noise machine, the washer-dryer, and the odds and ends in the kitchen, really took this place to the next level. We felt incredibly safe and comfortable and would stay here again without hesitation. In a world where so many "rental companies" control the market, this place was a breath of fresh air. Thank you for the nice stay.

This was one of the best places I’ve stayed!!! Being my first time visiting Charleston, Kc’s place was in the perfect area— right in the middle of everything. She is very quick to respond and has great suggestions! The home itself is exactly as listed, very clean, & has everything you could need. If you’re lucky, you’ll meet her cute pup too :). I’d recommend her place over and over! Will definitely be back!

Daniel Island is beautiful and feels very safe. The studio was perfect for what we needed. Wish we were in town longer to check out the pools, etc, so maybe next trip. The studio was very clean, we loved the washer and drier feature as well as the dishwasher was handy. (Tip-the closet fits a pack and play perfectly, so baby still had a quiet and dark space)

Beautiful space tucked away from the highway and city. We loved the place and the green space around it. We will stay again!

Very spacious area. Loved that the kitchen was very well stocked with everything I needed to prepare my own meals and also had a dishwasher. Comfortable bed and plenty of room for everything I needed. Susan was very nice and helpful. Would stay here again if available on my future trips.

Our stay at Michelle’s place was wonderful! The location is perfect. Only 15 minutes from Sullivan’s island and a 25 minute drive into downtown Charleston. The area is beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet. The guesthouse was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Thank you for sharing your lovely cottage with us. It was clean and we had everything we needed. It was small but quant and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the huge shower. We took lots of walks and enjoyed the scenery. It was close to downtown and the Saturday market was great. We will be back.

Robyn was by far the best Airbnb host I've had! She and Dwayne were so quick to respond if I had a question or needed help and provided all the amenities I needed to make my stay feel like a home away from home. The space is clean, the Internet is fast, and the location is great. About a 10 minute or so drive to many different restaurants and grocery stores. The carport was so nice to be able to park my car protected from the elements. Washer and dryer work wonderfully and were spotless. As a female solo traveler I never felt unsafe or like the area was sketchy, and I'm usually very sensitive to that so I mean it! I had to check out early due to a family emergency and Robyn -- without question -- went above and beyond to adjust my reservation which ended up with me being refunded. She was kind when she didn't have to be and that is such a blessing. If you plan to stay in the Summerville area, make this place your first priority!
