Found most things to be within 15-20 mins of location with easy access to freeways. Pleasant neighborhood.. felt very safe.

This is a beautiful place in the heart of town with surrounding restaurants and stores around. The place is immaculate and kept in pristine condition. I would rent this space again without any reservations. Kimberly is responsive and communicative, which is appreciated.

We were in town for about 3 weeks and Robs place was perfect for us. The home itself was extremely clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe and had a very nice pool as well. Felt totally comfortable going for a walk each day. The location was fantastic. We enjoyed Isle of Palms, Sullivans Island, Folly Beach, Daniel Island, Beach Walker at Kiawah, and downtown Charleston during our stay. All were within 30 min - an hour away with Kiawah being the furthest. Our main goal during our stay was to explore Summerville as a community which we did! After full days it was so nice to have Robs place to come back to and feel so comfortable. We really enjoyed time on the back screened lanai.

Kathy was a wonderful host. She was probably the best host I’ve ever encountered. The place looked as described and there were a lot of snacks, candy and even drinks in the fridge for us. She is super thoughtful and kind. The location was good, quiet and the home has everything you can think of. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in need for a rental in Charleston.

Perfect place to stay! Plenty of room for two couples. Clean and nicely decorated! Beats a hotel room any-day! Very convenient with a Walmart less than a mile away! We thoroughly enjoyed our trips to beautiful Charleston, Home Team BBQ, Swig & Swine and getting to see some LSU baseball (sorry Gamecocks)! Kelly was a great host.

This was a wonderful stay! We felt right at home at Craig's place and it had all the necessary amenities for a great weekend. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful and I especially loved how clean the place smelled when we first checked in. It was easy to relax in such a clean and inviting space and we'll definitely return if we're ever back in the area!

We had a last-minute change to the number of guest and there was not an issue and no extra charge! Rare! We definitely would stay here again when we return to Charleston. Very convenient to the downtown area.

As also I'm never surprised as to how Shawn keeps his locations, very comfortable, updated amenities, etc. I wish other renters would follow his lead which would enable them to keep their locations occupied all the time.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this location. It was quiet and peaceful and still easy enough to get everywhere we went. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom lighting was perfect for getting ready. It was also so wonderful to have the yard for our dog. Michaela was a wonderful host-super accommodating as we extended our trip by a day after booking and we were able to get in an hour early last minute. Would definitely stay here again if we’re in town.

The place was very clean with a beautiful view of the pond. 25 minutes from king street. Perfect location. Private feeling but convenient! Loved it

The condo was absolutely stunning and beautiful on the inside. Well decorated, cozy and very very clean. Very deceptive from the front side but once inside, the accommodations and the view out the back of the lake was tranquil. Only critique I would have is that I searched for a place with 2 bathrooms, and while it does have a bathroom upstairs and downstairs, it’s a full shared bathroom upstairs and only a toilet and sink downstairs which made it hard to get ready for 4 people staying in this place. Besides that the place was perfect!

Great stuff from Annette. We booked this place hours before our trip and the host made the process smooth as possible. Very nice and accommodating host. The place was exactly as advertised; cute, clean, and simple. Checking in and out was a breeze and navigating around the area was great. Well worth the price if you need something quick.
