Situated not far from the town of Balleroy which has a bar, a supermarket and two boulangeries. Nearby is a forest with walking & cycling paths. NB The accommodation is on three floors, the main floor is the living/dining room, with views of the valley and waterfall. A haven for wildlife including kingfishers. The bilingual English owners live on site.

Its garden (barbecue) with outdoor Jacuzzi and walks in shared spaces (orchard, vegetable garden, pontoon, peninsula) close to the meadows of our two Highlands Cattle cows will enchant you.
