Detta fantastiska nybyggda radhus har gott om plats och ligger nära centrala Göteborg, endast 10 min med buss till centralstationen. I närheten av radhuset finns grönområde för dom som gillar naturen. Huset ligger beläget vid Kvibergs sportområde som både erbjuder längdskidåkning inomhus, klätterhall, beachvolleyhall, padelbanor utomhus, utegym, utomhus-hinderbana och Serneke sportarena.

This lovely 130 sqm house is located in a calm yet central location, close to parks, bars, restaurants, shops, a playground, the archipelago, a kids' swimming pool and the city centre. Short tram trips take you to the citycentre/archipelago and Slottskogen is a 5 minute walk away. Loud music/partying in the house or in the garden is not allowed.

Cosy house by lakeside in beautiful nature

Quiet area and close to nature and water with own garden. Nice areas for hiking, kayaking and fishing. Several lakes around the area. Located in the area of national interest in outdoor activities. Many trails to choose from to walk in the woods. Only traffic from people living here.
