Welcome to our newly built guest house "Ladan." A home in a quiet, rural setting just east of Uppsala. With us, you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from the E4, which takes you further towards Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 meters from the accommodation, a bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days, you can take a steam train to the city with the museum railway Lennakatten. The guest house is located on the outskirts of Gunsta community, close to nature. In the area, there is the nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or shop a little.

Get close to nature and enjoy the tranquility of Uppsala-Näs. We have our own jetty for swimming and a private barbecue area right by the lake. The forest is just outside the door, so it is good for those who like long walks. The lake also offers good fishing & ice skating in the winter for those interested. The nearest grocery stores, restaurants, cafés & pharmacies are about 10 minutes away by car. Uppsala city center can be reached in 20 minutes by car. We have bus connections (Bus 107) 800 meters from here that go directly into Uppsala in 30 minutes.

Your own cabin by the lake

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation right on the lake. You come here to enjoy nature. Enjoy a morning or evening dip from the dock 30 meters away, which you share with the landlords who live in the large house a little further up. Take a trip on the lake or a walk in the forest right outside your door. Nearby, you will find the Fjällnora outdoor recreation area, and if you wish to go into town, it is about 20 minutes to the city of Uppsala, where you will find every kind of restaurant and shopping you can imagine.

Nice little guest house near beautiful nature and lake

Come and enjoy nature with the family in our cozy little guest house. In the garden, there are chickens and rabbits. Well suited for families with children as there are swings and a sandbox. Close to the lake where you can swim and a nature reserve with beautiful nature. Yet, it is only 20 minutes by car or bus from central Uppsala. If you bring your bike, it takes 35 minutes to the city center. The house is new and nice with a spacious sleeping loft with five beds (one 80 cm bed and two 160 cm beds) and a cozy TV corner.

Villa near the lake 10 km from the city

Nice house in a Swedish idyll. Lake view from bedroom and living room. Two double beds, one single bed and a sofa bed for two in the office (room in the middle corridor). A travel bed for a baby is available to set up if needed. There are 8 hens, 20 young hens, and one rooster on the farm. There are also 5 rabbits and a cat. With a view of Lake Mälaren, you can swim in the hot tub or walk a few minutes down to a small beach and jetty. Relax in the hammock under the apple trees. A barbecue area is available in the yard.

Small cozy guest house on a leafy plot. 400 meters from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim at a jetty or small beach in the summer and ice skate in the winter. Close to a beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cottage has a room and bathroom. It has a small, but fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a folding guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom, there is a washing machine, shower and toilet. Sheets and towels included.

The apartment is 120 sqm (1290sqf). Two bedrooms and one big living room which includes the kitchen. There are two apartments in the house. This apartment is on the bottom floor. Both are used as AirBnB apartments. Seperate entrances. Both have their own kitchen with everything necessary like coffee machine, waterboiler, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine, dryer and flatiron are in the laundry room. Hi speed Wifi and TV with several channels. Built 2015.

Welcome to Villa Vidablick in scenic Halmbyboda, only 7 km from the city limits east of Uppsala. Enjoy this brand new and unique accommodation. The interior design style is from the turn of the century, 1880s in Scandinavian design. The ground floor has a hall, kitchen with dining area and sleeping area in the same room and bathroom, about 35 sqm. Upstairs (one room) with living room, sofa bed, two sleeping alcoves about 25 sqm. 180 m2 spacious villa in family friendly Lindbacken just outside Uppsala. The house is built in 2014 and renovated in 2021. The place is surrounded by forests and fields, yet with good communications to Uppsala city centre and airport. Buses to central station takes 15 minutes and pass every 10-30 minutes. Arlanda airport is reached in 25 minutes by car or Uber. Grocery store, pharmacy, restaurant, hairdresser and clinic is within walkning distance in Lindbacken.

Located 20m from a park with playgrounds, 5 min walk to forest, 15 min walk to supermarket & health center. Peaceful area, though some noise from upstairs may occasionally be heard. Note: access is via a staircase down, not suitable for guests with mobility limitations.
