The Metato

Renovated ancient barn that is part of a 17th-century house, consisting of a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and mezzanine bedroom, with a parking space in a closed courtyard. The rooms are small but very cozy, can comfortably accommodate 2 people + possibly 1 person (double sofa bed). The property is located in the heart of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, 15 km from the Pietra di Bismantova, 2 km from the swimming pool and the castle of Carpineti, surrounded by numerous nature trails.

Located in the ancient medieval village at the foot of the Rocca di Rossena, it offers the possibility to visit the various historical attractions of the area including the famous Canossa Castle (4.3 km) and various excursions for hiking enthusiasts. Ideal for those who want to cool off from the summer heat as its exposure boasts natural freshness without the need for air conditioning.
