Charming cottage in beautiful Järnsida, a leisure area by the sea with walking distance to swimming area. The cottage is located next to a forest area. Lawn for outdoor activities, two terraces in different weather conditions. There is a barbecue and indoors there is a fireplace to burn in. Two single beds, a bunk bed, and a sofa bed are provided. Laundry machine in bathroom and shower with entrance from outside. 30 min to Kalmar and about 45 min to Karlskrona. Grocery store is located in Bergkvara about 2 kilometers away. 24/7 and farm shop in Bröms.

Welcome to a very fresh, bright and cozy house with that little extra. The house is very nicely located in Småland environment with proximity to the sea, meadows and forest. Lovely villa with sea view

Had a great stay at Christine and Roland's. The two are very nice, gave tips for the area and we were even allowed to come along on a small boat tour on Roland's motorboat. The house leaves nothing to be desired, it really has everything you need. Everything was very clean and you have a beautiful view of the nearby sea. We'll be happy to come back here!

Small but completely sufficient for 1-2 people. Everything important was there. The host communicated well and was very straightforward. Amazing location right by the sea. There were 2 bikes, which was very helpful for the trip to shopping. Very satisfied overall.

We had a fantastic time at this place. Lovely enjoyed the nice large garden, we had beautiful weather. So nice to be so close to the sea where you are in a few minutes. The accommodation was very nice, you had everything you need here. and both us and the children felt right at home here! It exceeded our expectations.

I had three boys aged 16-21 at the end of May. The place was like a dream. We arrived at night, and the lake lay there, large, mighty and mysterious in the dark. We were lucky with the weather and enjoyed four days fully with SUP boards, boat, swimming, sauna, walks around the lake, campfire and relaxation. Really cool to have it all to yourself. - The eldest son had to have the annex/cabin to himself! We dream of coming back in the middle of winter and ice fishing🎣, winter swimming 🥶 and then sauna🥵!!

The small house is very cozy and well equipped – We especially loved the herb garden, where we were allowed to help ourselves. The location is simply fantastic: You can see the sea and are in the middle of a bird paradise – perfect for watching and listening. The landlord was super friendly, responded quickly and supported us with everything. Absolutely recommended for anyone looking for nature, tranquility and a good place to stay! We will be happy to come back.
