The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The huge window to the west and the roof terrace open up a view over the beautiful old building district.

The S-Bahn station of the S 2 to Munich can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, with a travel time of half an hour to Munich Central Station. The X730 bus to Pasing station in 36 minutes is also only a 5-minute walk away. After a stroll through the city or a day's work, the cozy south terrace invites you to relax.

Umgeben von Vogelgezwitscher, Ziegen, Hühnern, und unserem Collie kann man das Landleben genießen. Dolce vita, einfach die Seele baumeln. Im Winter gibt es kein fließend Wasser!!Es steht ein Wasserkanister bereit. Bitte beachten! Im Häuschen nebenan befindet sich die Trockentoilette und Infrarotkabine.

Peace and quiet at Lake Waldschwaig

Quiet retreat between Dachau and Munich with garden view. A narrow spiral staircase leads to a small apartment for a maximum of 2 people. Double bed, bathroom with shower, and a small kitchen are provided. The barbecue and terrace may be used. My dog walks freely around the premises. Dachau is 2 km away, and Munich is about 15 km away. I myself live on the property and deliberately keep it clean and quiet. Retreats are occasionally held here.

Our apartment is on the 1st floor in a quiet but centrally located residential area in Dachau. It is very spacious (1 bedroom and 1 living room/bedroom). For 5 people or more, we open another bedroom in the attic of the house. Our apartment has its own roof terrace. Munich is easily accessible via the nearby train station (approx. 12 minutes). But Dachau and its surroundings are also worth seeing. Shops serving everyday needs are nearby.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

The fully equipped apartment is very close to the S-Bahn station. The apartment is located in the basement, but daylight comes into the room through the two windows. The main train station is 20 minutes away by S-Bahn (suburban train). In Olching there are numerous lakes and the Amper with beautiful places that invite you to linger or swim. Shops for daily shopping and various restaurants can be found within a 15-minute walk.
