Bright detached apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine, quietly located in the countryside. Accessible through the garden (shared use possible). We are a family of 5 with a playful dog and 2 cats and are happy to give tips for a nice holiday. We are hosts with body and soul. To the shopping mile at Schildergasse and Cologne’s best Christmas market at Heumarkt it’s just 10min to walk. Southtown of Cologne offers many café’s and various restaurants in all price categories in walking distance. Absolutely no parties allowed!

Detached, solidly built bungalow, 44 m², 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom and small garden with terrace and barbecue. Bedroom with double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and large wardrobe, living room with pull-out sofa bed as additional sleeping accommodation for max. 2 persons. The bathroom and kitchen were completely renovated in January and February 2026. As a welcome gift, you will find 1 bottle of cola, 1 bottle of water and 1 bottle of our local beer (Kölsch) per adult in the refrigerator.

Cozy apartment furnished with a lot of love in an old half-timbered house. Separate entrance, sunny terrace... only the birds "disturb" here. The property is at the end of a dead end road surrounded by forest and meadows. Ideal for hikers and bikers, it starts right outside the door. In the large garden behind the house you can lie in the sun as you please, sit comfortably under the walnut tree, use the sauna (10 for additional costs) or end the day by the campfire!

My place is close to the Bevertalsperre, but still close to the city. In the small rustic but cozy apartment, everyone can feel comfortable. Families get their money's worth, as there is plenty of space outside and plenty of play equipment available. Business people can relax well in the great surroundings after a strenuous working day and enjoy the view.... My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with children).
