Townhome vacation rentals in Bergen County

This is a rare 3-bedroom in NYC that was very family friendly for us - had a baby gate on the stairs, portable high chairs, and a few toys and baby plates. Its location is also right by a park with a playground which was great for the kiddos to have a nearby place to get around. Solid wifi and TV as well. From the back 2 bedrooms we didn't have any issues with noise but there is apartment above the front bedroom which did hear some noise on weekend nights. Sarah the host was extremely communicative and helpful when we wanted the back patio tidied up and some additional supplies.

We recently stayed at Lexia's place and found it to be a comfortable and cozy option with everything one might need for a pleasant stay. Lexia was also very friendly and responsive throughout the process. One thing to note is that the neighbourhood is located quite a distance from the city center, so it's something to keep in mind for transportation.

Had a very enjoyable time during my stay. Hosts were very helpful, friendly, accommodating, and responsive. Gave lots of great recommendations for dinner spots and shopping. The house was very comfortable, clean, and cute. Will definitely be booking again!

Great stay in Bed Stuy! 15-20 min walk to nearby stations, host is very responsive and very spacious for our group of 4! Wish we could’ve made more use of the outside area especially in the summer - it’s gorgeous!

Die Unterkunft war super! Leecia hat uns in Empfang genommen, alles erklärt und Tipps für die Gegend gegeben. Man erreicht in ca 10min die nächste Bahn und ist in ca 30-40min in Manhattan. Man konnte die Tür vom Zimmer von außen nicht absperren, aber wir fanden das nicht schlimm. Eier in Leecias Beschreibung steht - sie sind mit ihrem eigenen Leben beschäftigt. Mir persönlich war das Bett etwas zu hart, aber sowas ist ja immer Geschmackssache. Fakt ist, man bekommt für dasselbe Geld weder due Größe noch die Hilfsbereitschaft wie dort! Eine absolute Empfehlung!

Our stay in Jersey City was absolutely wonderful! Roxanne and Richard are fantastic, experienced, and very responsive hosts. The apartment is cozy, tastefully decorated, and incredibly well thought out - it has everything (and more!) we could possibly need. This made daily routines and cooking super easy and enjoyable. The location is great and felt very safe. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance, and it’s only about a 10-minute walk to Journal Square station. From there, you can get to the WTC station in Manhattan in just 15 minutes on the PATH train. Highly recommended!

My stay at Claudine's couldn't have been better! From initial contact to check out she was 100% responsive to any communication/request. It was very easy to find. The apartment was exactly as described and a very nice size for a studio. Nice and clean with all amenities mentioned. Very fairly priced! I come to Brooklyn to see my Mom every six months, and I will be staying at Claudines again, for sure!

This is the 2nd time I have visited Carissa. She is an excellent host. The bathroom and bedroom are spotless and cheery. Carissa wants to make sure that you have everything that you will need. Thank you!

Would definitely stay here again. Francine and Soon were great hosts. Friendly, welcoming. Lovely home, complete with occasional sightings of their daughter and three sweet pets. Quiet private guest room and bathroom next door. Nice decor and sparkling clean. Option to open the bedroom screened window onto their courtyard/garden or use a most efficient A/C unit. Comfy bed/pillows/linens and no city/street noise. Located amid iconic Harlem Renaissance landmarks. Close proximity to subway’s 2 & 3 trains and bus stop. Soon and Francine, thanks for having me.

We were a bit leery about sharing an apartment with 3 sets of other people, particularly with only one shower but it worked out very well! All of the other guests were quiet and considerate and we didn't have any problems. Our host, Julio, was very organized and gave very good directions to his place and for checking-in. The apartment was spotless (the shower curtains were even washed once/week). The kitchen was very well-equipped and there were books and games like Mah Jong and Monopoly to play. The subway into downtown Manhattan was not far and the service was frequent. The nearby Xochimilco Family Restaurant, 653 Melrose Ave., had great Mexican food and the best mojitos ever! PS: From LGA Airport, we took the MS-60 Bus to 125th St, then Subway #5 Uptown to get to Julio's. For bus & subway, we each registered online for an Omny account. A fare cap is available: Pay for 12 rides in a 7-day period and ride free for the rest of the week! And half-priced if you are age 65 or older!

We had a great stay! The rooms are lovely and this charming townhouse is set on a quiet street right next to Central park. Sarah is a very friendly and accommodating host and we enjoyed our daily chats on our way in and out of the apartment.

Meg was very responsive and super sweet. Visited New York for my birthday and she played happy birthday on the piano for me :)

Staying at Karim's place truly felt like home. He was incredibly polite and generous, even going out of his way to make me excellent coffee and breakfast multiple times. His hospitality was unmatched, and he always responded promptly to any requests or questions. A wonderful experience!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Leslie’s place. The location is fantastic, close to restaurants, public transport, and many of the city’s highlights, yet the neighborhood feels calm and safe. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. It was a special experience to stay in a New York home rather than a hotel. Communication was smooth, and we appreciated having everything we needed. Thank you for hosting us and sharing your home!

This home was exactly what was advertised! I saw a lot of negative reviews related to the tenant in the apartment downstairs + noise. We did not experience any obnoxiously loud noises from them. This is an older home, that has been renovated so it’s important to take that into consideration. Animal disposal bags were provided, water is filtered from the sink, & the area is spacious. The home is walking distance from the Appalachian trail, & the neighborhood is very quiet. You can see the mountains from the front deck & it’s beautiful! There are quaint diners close, along with an ACME market & gas station. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing get away that is pet friendly, this space is for you! The backyard was perfect for our dog as well. Check in & check out directions are very straight to the point as well, which made this process easy. Jose & his co-host answered my messages within 20 minutes as well. This is a great space, & was a great experience!

John and Shevaun's winter condo was an excellent location and space to have a small family reunion (3 couples, 6 adults), in close proximity to the Mountain Creek Ski Lodge and Appalachian boardwalk trail. It was cozy, clean, quiet, and had a full kitchen that was helpful to cook dinners after a long day on the slopes. John was a responsive host, and checked in regularly to make sure our needs were met. Would recommend staying here :). Also, READ the check in instructions for helpful unloading/loading parking tips.

We stayed at Lukman’s house for 8 weeks while our house was being renovated. Lukman was proactive with instructions and the place was very clean upon arrival. The house more than met our needs.

I didn’t meet John but he made check in easy for myself and my mother-in-law. We needed to check in a little bit before the check-in time and John was able to accommodate that. He was very nice and easy to communicate with. The place was as described, even a little bit roomier than we had expected. We were visiting family in Brooklyn and we were able to get over the bridge pretty quickly and get right into where we need too. It’s a quiet neighborhood with free parking. I highly recommend Johns place.

Egyetlen negatívum volt, amit bár a korábbi vélemények is említettek , de megtapasztalva lehetett igazán érzékelni, hogy a felső szinten lakók mennyire nagyon hangosak akár még az éjszaka közepén is. Sajnos minden zaj úgy hallatszott mintha a közvetlenül mellettünk történne. Ez azért meglehetősen zavaró volt. Ennek ellenère a szállàs maga remek volt és köszönjük Amaliának!

This was the best AirBnb we have ever stayed at. Aviva was amazing and let us check in early and let us stay late. She answered all my questions before we came within the hour. I cannot recommend this place enough! Also so clean and amazing location! We will be back very soon!!!

We had an incredible time in Brooklyn. The area is quiet but very close to things to do. We had the pleasure of meeting Kamilah and she was so warm and friendly!! The home was charming and the sheets were some of the best I’ve slept on. We felt safe and cozy. Thanks for a great stay! We will be back.
